"Why aren't you on your trip?" Mrs Han asked. "I thought you would all be gone"
"I forgot my passport" he replied honestly.
She looked at the girl. "And you?"
"Hello" she bowed a little out of respect. "I'm Jung Jiah. One of the filming staff. I had to accompany him back to the dorm for him to get his passport"
"You had to accompany him all the way to his bedroom?"
Rich let out a little laughter, making both Mrs Han and Jiah turn to him with an angry glare. He looked at them, wiping the smirk off of his face.
"Oh no it's not like that" he quickly said. "We thought you were an intruder and just hid there"
Mrs Han looked forth from the boy to the girl and then back to the boy. Jiah clenched her hands together. She wasn't looking forward to getting fired today. She was just starting to enjoy her job. And they paid her well.
"To be honest.." Mrs Han started. "I need to tell the company about this"
Jiah lowered her head a little while Ricky let out a scoff. He was about to object, but the woman interrupted him with her laugh. The girl jerked her head up and looked at the sudden change of reaction.
"What's going on" Ricky asked confused.
"I'm just joking" she crossed her arms and smiled at the two. "Oh to be young again.."
"There's really nothing going on" Jiah defended herself. "Please don't tell.."
"Mr Seo?" the woman scoffed a little. "I heard from Yujin how he treats all the staff. Don't worry. Your secret is safe with me"
Jiah chuckled. "Yes except for that there is no sec-"
"Thank you Mrs Han. I'll tell Yujin you swinged by" Ricky interrupted her. "We should get going now"
"Wait take these to Yujin" Mrs Han pressed some new woollen socks into Jiah's hands. "I don't want him to catch a cold. Please make sure he actually wears them"
She nodded her head a bit before Ricky pushed her and himself out of the door. As he shut the door closed, a loud laughter left his mouth. Jiah slapped him with the socks in her hands and quickly made her way down the stairs.
"Come on that was a little funny" he said, following her.
"Funny? I could've been fired!" she tossed her hair back. "From now on. Stay 10 feet away from me"
"Does that mean you're taking the bus?" Ricky grabbed the keys of the car and held them up in front of her eyes.
She tried to grab them, but he was faster. "You can't even drive a car"
"I meant more that.." she gulped. "Anyways! Stay 10 feet away from me once we're in Jeju"
Jiah paced to the car with her cheeks as red as tomatoes. Ricky looked at her and let out an unnoticeable giggle. She sat down in the passenger seat and tossed her seatbelt on. He took place besides her and started the car.
As they were on the road, Ricky connected his phone to the bluetooth to listen to his music. The second he put the first song on, Jiah let out a loud sigh.
"What? What is it now" he looked at her.
"I didn't take you for the rap kind of guy"
"I'm not. I thought you might like it"
