Golf Course Singing

On a sun-drenched morning, Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki found themselves at the prestigious Greenfield Hills Golf Course, enjoying a much-needed break from their busy schedules. The rolling green fairways and clear blue skies set the perfect backdrop for a round of golf that promised laughter and camaraderie. As they strolled up to the first tee, Jensen felt a rush of excitement. He teed up his golf ball, exchanged playful grins with Jared, and then took a deep breath. With a mischievous glint in his eye, he launched into an enthusiastic rendition of "I Only Wanna Be with You" by Hootie and the Blowfish, his voice carrying across the serene landscape. "You and me, we come from different worlds You like to laugh at me when I look at other girls..." Jared burst out laughing, his club slipping from his hand. "Dude, seriously? You're serenading the golf course?" Jensen chuckled, undeterred, and continued his impromptu performance, singing at the top of his lungs while lining up his shot.  "...only wanna be with you It doesn't matter where we go It doesn't matter what we do I wanna spend each moment of the day with you..."  Jared joined in with a laugh, shaking his head in mock disbelief. "Well, if you're gonna sing, I'm gonna dance!" He started doing a goofy dance routine, causing both of them to burst into fits of laughter. As they made their way down the fairway, Jensen's thoughts drifted to his wife, Edythe. He couldn't help but smile as he imagined her in the garage, fully engrossed in a new woodworking project. The image of her focused and passionate about her craft warmed his heart, and it made him appreciate the moments of leisure even more. After a particularly impressive drive, Jensen turned to Jared with a grin. "Man, you know, this song reminds me of Edythe. She's probably in the garage right now, covered in sawdust, working on some incredible woodworking creation." Jared chuckled. "Yeah, she's got that artist's soul, just like you. You guys are a perfect match." Jensen's smile grew wider. "Absolutely. And you know what? I only wanna be with her." He paused, looking at the lush surroundings. "But for now, I'm gonna enjoy this game with you, my brother." They high-fived before resuming their game, their lighthearted banter and camaraderie infusing the day with a sense of joy. As the sun continued to shine down on them, Jensen couldn't help but feel grateful for these moments of friendship and the love that surrounded him in every aspect of his life. And if he wanted to serenade the golf course with a little '90s hit, well, why not? After all, life was meant to be enjoyed to the fullest.
