The peace and quiet in the common room of Gryffindor Tower ceased to exist the moment Sirius Black entered through the portrait hole. Popping down on one of the armchairs, legs on table which bothered Remus and Peter's homework writing quite a bit, he casually engaged in conversation with James.

All the students glanced at him, sending different looks. It was impossible not to notice him. So it wasn't conspicuous that Crystal also surveyed Sirius with her eyes, notebook in lap.

She's been writing in it for the past half an hour, all of her friends around her thinking it's just some usual muggle stuff. And to Remus' credit, he hadn't contradicted James and Peter's beliefs, at least not yet.

"You won't believe who I managed to break."

The girl rolled her eyes, going back to writing on the page she started.

"Is it Heather?"

"Who's Heather?" Sirius looked quite puzzled, trying to remember if he happens to know anyone named this.

"You know, Heather from Ravenclaw, blondie, rather small one- ah, forget it" shaking his head, James waved his friend off, but then grinning, leaned back on the couch. "Who?"

"Guess."

James looked to Remus for help, who really wasn't too excited to participate in this. He continued to work with the blond boy while sitting on the floor.

Sighing, James tried every name he'd ever heard Sirius say. "Amber? Alicia, Anne, or can I start with the B category?"

"Teribly funny, really witty, Prongs. Awesome" sinking even deeper in the armchair, the boy ran a hand through his long dark brown hair. "Bridget Hazelwood, Hufflepuff. Or just Wood. I don't really remember."

The three boys all snorted, leaving Crsytal the only one to just roll her eyes the hundredth time that day. But she kept her focus on the letters leaving her quill.

"It wouldn't even be you, Pads."

"What are you writing, Crysta?" Sirius turned his attention to the girl sitting across from him, ignoring the dramatical James. He scanned the brown notebook and then Crystal.

"Nothing."

"She's writing muggle stuff" Peter chimmed in, emphasizing the words with a meaningful expression.

"Let me see" seeing that Sirius jumped up from the burgundy armchair, Crystal qucikly closed the notebook, pointed her wand at it while muttering a spell so quiet, no one heard it.

The boy pulled it out of her hand, greedily trying to open it.

"Why the fuck doesn't it open? Why closing it?"

"You know, Sirius" she began, "we usually close something because we don't want anyone else to know about it."

"Remus, tell her to open it!"

The tall boy looked up from his Herbology book, seriously surprised. "Why would she listen to me?"

Sirius scoffed with a shrug. "I don't know, you seem like a guy who everyone listens to" his eyes returned to Crystal's green ones. "Open it, please" he begged and looked very much like he could enhance it any time.

And he did just like that. He fell on his knees in front of the girl, begging her to open it. Causing a rather unwanted and dramatic scene, which attracted the attention of more and more students.
