In the GRIMMVERSE, Neo followed the strange girls and boy from Vale and into the forest outside Beacon, she was for some reason drawn to them. She felt like she had seen them somewhere before, but could place a finger on why.
She did her best to stay hidden from the girls and one boy, and kept some distance from them. But suddenly her scroll vibrated, and on instinct she grabs it from her pocket and looked at the message on the screen, it was from Roman.
'Take the rest of the day off, we'll be busy soon, so get some rest for it. Have fun.'
Neo looked up from her scroll to find the strange group of girls and the one boy gone. Neo cautiously walked out and wondered which direction they went. Suddenly she shivered, but she wasn't cold, it was something else. That's when she noticed the environment had changes from the once lushes and peaceful green, to a dark eerie red.
There were no birds chirps or crickets, it was just silent, unnaturally silent.
Neo looked around, slightly panicked, and she could tell she wasn't in Vale anymore. She looked up and saw the shattered moon cast off an eerie red glow.
That's when she suddenly hear footsteps, they didn't sound like Grimm, so she turned in the direction of the source, but saw nothing. Neo's heart slightly sped up as she tilts her head in confusion.
Then her senses yelled at her to move, and she did so by rolling to the side as a black tentacles shot out to where she was. Neo ran behind a tree.
Neo waited a few seconds, then peaked out from the tree, and spotted a single figure walk out from the treeline and head in her direction. Neo's eyes widened in shock as she stared at this person. It was her, but different.

Neo's double had a playful sway in her hips as she walked towards Neo. A glint of amusement shines in her eyes, which were different from regular Neo's. Grimm Neo's left eye was red with white, yet her right was red and black.
Neo stepped out from behind the tree and got into a combat stance, prepared to take on this dark version of herself. Grimm Neo stopped and stared at her counterpart.
The two stayed still, assessing each other. Each waited for the other to make a move, but yet each of them didn't. They stared at each other for several minutes, before Neo made the first move.
Neo presses a button on her umbrella and a blade appears at the top of it. She then sings her umbrella at her impostor, yet the double only skillfully dodged her attacks.
Grimm Neo then went in for a counter attack, by swinging her right arm and she smacked Neo across the face. Sending the human flying into the ground and she slides several feet, her aura taking the brunt of the attack, which causes it to drop dramatically.
