RWBY 3.0 Atlas Facility 1A

An advanced bullhead lands on a platform of a facility deep into the heart of Atlas. A large door opens up and around 40 soldiers run out from the facility and stand at attention, standing 10 feet apart on either side of the walkway.

After a few minutes all soldiers stand at attention as a tall cloaked figure steps down a ramp and onto the platform. The figure then opens their bright blue eyes and smiles, then she starts to walk towards the facility.

Another slightly shorter figure steps out of the bullhead, wearing a white and grey shako, it is Weiss She follows after the taller figure.

The taller figure then speaks to Weiss behind her. "No matter how many times I tell them, they still greet me as if I am General Ironwood. I wish they would stop, Weiss."

Weiss walks a few steps behind the taller figure. "Winter, you know they do it as a sign of respect to a woman who brought Atlas forces back to their feet when Salem attacked with that large Grimm Army. Aided in leading the forces into Salem's unknown lands, why wouldn't they honor you like this sis?"

Winter just sighs. "I wasn't the only one who helped with that, you must give some of the credit to your and Asher's team." Winter then smirks. "Speaking of which, how are things between you and Ruby as of recent. A couple weeks ago I heard you to going at it until two in the morning, the way it sounded you got tired near the end and let her finish using her semblance trying to get-" Winter couldn't help but start laughing at her sisters beet red face as she tried to shove her head into her shako to try and hide her face.

Winter then wraps an arm around her sister. "I'm only teasing sis, look if it helps, I'm sorry for the comment."

Weiss doesn't say anything as she just looks away. The two keep walking, before Weiss finally speaks. "How are things between you and Asher?"

The two enter the facility and continue down its halls.

Winter smiles. "Work has kept us separated, but you should see the messages he sends, all about how much he misses me and our daughter Rosa. Though, if you speaking of the incidents, he still has dreams about them, it can keep him up for days." She sighs. "If only I can help share his burden."

Weiss stays silent as she's lost in thought, but she then she looks to the side as they pass by a recovery ward and she spots a soldier learning to walk with his new prosthetic leg. Weiss comes to a stop and watches as the soldier struggles to stand on his own, but several people help him along his path.

Winter notices Weiss has stopped and she looks back at her. "Everything okay?"

Weiss gives a sad sigh and continues on walking with Winter. "Some night Ruby also has night terrors and wakes up in a panic, it takes me having to hold her tight until she calms down." Weiss gains a lost look as she stares on ahead.
