CHAPTER FIVE

It wasn't late in the night when Griffin heard the sound of knocking on their door again. Griffin sighed out of annoyance, "Do I open the door or do I just stay in bed?" Griffin asked himself. He was going to stay in bed but he was feeling a little thirsty. When Griffin got up from his bed the knocking had already stopped. Griffin took the covers off of him and walked over to their fridge. Once he opened it he saw nothing in it, "Bloody hell..." He mumbled. Griffin closed the fridge and headed for the door. He grabbed the car keys and the room key off the table and left the room.

Griffin turned on the car and to his luck, he would have to walk a small distance to get the car. Griffin let out a small sigh and pushed his hands into his pockets. As Griffin was walking to the car, he felt someone following him. "Why are you following me?" He asked as he stopped walking.

He, for one, wasn't going to show this random dude what their car looked like. Two, he stopped in the middle of the hotel streets. If someone were to drive to park at the hotel they would have to stop and tell Griffin to move out of the way.

"Ah, I didn't think you'd notice me." The voice said. Griffin knew this voice and just sighed as he continued to walk to the car, "What the hell Billy? Why are you following me?" Griffin asked. Billy let out a small laugh as he went closer to Griffin, "I just wanted to see what you were doing. Most people are asleep by now." Billy said, now walking right next to Griffin. Griffin stopped and unlocked their car and opened the passenger seat, "Am I like the only one who's ever awake? I doubt everyone else is asleep." Griffin said as he looked around the car and saw bags in the back of the car. "Well, I assume everyone else is asleep since no one ever opens the door." Billy explained as he watched Griffin get out the passenger seat and closed the door. Griffin then opened the back door and saw bags on the seat and a pack of beer on the bottom. Griffin let a small smile form on his face, "Jackpot." Griffin thought. "Anyways, since you aren't doing anything. I'll be on my way now." Billy said as he turned around and started to walk away.

"Wait!" Griffin heard his voice call out. Billy turned back around, "You need something?" He asked. Griffin didn't need anything; he doesn't know why he told Billy to wait. Griffin stayed quiet, "Can you help me carry the bags back to my room?" Griffin mumbled. He can do this task alone and perfectly fine but it was the only excuse he could come up with.

The worst excuse he could come up with. He hates asking people for help. In fact, he hates being dependent on other people. So, he barely ever asks people to help him with things unless he really needs help.

This situation wasn't one of those times that he needed help.

Billy let a small smile form on his face and walked back over to Griffin, "I would ask you to repeat yourself just to make fun of you. Although, I have to be going somewhere soon." Billy said as he grabbed some bags that Griffin was handing him. "Where are you going?" Griffin asked as he handed Billy the last bag and closed the door to the car. Billy hummed as he saw Griffin take the car keys out of his pockets and lock the car, "Don't know yet." Billy answered. Griffin shrugged his shoulders and started to walk back to his room with a bag with snacks in one hand and the other holding a pack of beer.
