CHAPTER SIX

It was around 11:30 when Griffin woke up to the sound of the television. "Probably one of Finney's stupid little shows." Griffin thought, trying to get the noise of people talking out of his head. Just when he thought he was gonna be able to go back to sleep, he woke up to Finney or Bruce shaking him.

Griffin groaned, "Go away. I'm sleeping." His voice came out quieter than usual. "Wake up, Griff! You have to see this!" Griffin heard Finney say: "So it's Finney who is shaking me." Griffin thought, as Finney was still trying to get him out of the bed. Griffin tossed and turned in his bed as Finney tried getting him to get up from his bed. Finally, Griffin decided to give in and slowly got up from his bed. "What do you want, Finney?" Griffin mumbled as he rose up from his bed and rubbed his eyes. "Get your lazy ass up and come look at the TV!" Finney yelled at him, shaking Griffin back and forth.

Griffin groaned as he opened his eyes. "What do you shitheads want?" He said as he threw his feet over his bed and slowly stood up from his bed. "Just listen!" Griffin heard Bruce say, which was the first time hearing him speak in this whole conversation. Griffin heard the volume on the TV slowly get louder and louder.

"This is NBC News and I'm your news reporter, Katelyn Johnson ,who is coming to you with the latest news today. The local police department has just received news that the infamous killers, murders, hitmen, whatever you want to call them, Arellano, Paperboy, and Pinball have struck again. The unfortunate victim to their scheme this time was a woman who went by the name of Lillian Simons. It has been rumored that she had been going around saying that she knew the identity of the three killers. Although, this hasn't been confirmed to be true or false. We do not know which of the three actually killed her but the police suspect it to be Paperboy due to how clean the crime scene was. If you know anymore about the suspect or anything related to this case come down to the local police station. This is NBC News and this is your news reporter, Katelyn Johnson, signing off."

It's safe to say that Griffin was shocked, "That is definitely not how I wanted to start my morning..." He mumbled as he followed Bruce and Finney to their small table. "This isn't good," Finney started, "Yeah, thanks for pointing that out Captain Obvious." Griffin mumbled. "We have that party thing tonight so hopefully we can find them there and ask questions." Bruce said. "We still need to go shopping for Griffin and I." Finney said as Griffin nodded. "Right, because you two forgot your suits. I asked both of y'all if you had everything and you both said yes." Bruce complained. "Well I thought I had everything." Griffin and Finney said at the same time. "It's fine, it's whatever. Let's just get ready and go to the shopping mall. I'm sure there's one around here, somewhere." Bruce said as he got up from the table.

Around 5 minutes later the boys decided to go for a streetwear theme.

Then, just in the span of 15 minutes, the three boys were ready to go out.

Finney was the first one to leave the room with Griffin following behind him. As Finney was walking towards their car he saw Robin with some other dude. "Hey Peter!" He heard Robin call out. Finney smiled and waved back at Robin. When Finney got into the car he saw Griffin giving someone the middle finger. Finney laughed to himself as Griffin entered the car with Bruce. "Who was that guy Griffin?" Bruce asked as he turned on the car. Griffin sighed, "That's Billy, the guy who came into our room the other night." Both boys hummed at his response. "So that's the guy Griffin talked to the other night," Bruce thought, "He has known Billy for some time now. A couple days at most. But, what makes this guy so different that Griffin is still talking to him?" Bruce wondered.

Now, if the two boys knew Griffin well enough (and if you were to ask them how well they knew Griffin they would say Griffin is another part of them) they know that the Griffin that they know wouldn't keep on talking to some dude that works at a hotel.
