Chapter 12

Aestry wake up from his bed and let out a soft yawn as he stretch his body. He feel a little lighter than last night, although the dizziness hasn't completely disappear yet. He look around his room and see his friends are still sleeping on floor. He smile seeing the sight.

Last night, all of his friends made up their mind to sleepover at his room. It is a bit crowded but they didn't complain as their main reason is to watch over him.

Aestry feel a little better when he hear those words from them. How they cherish and care for him. How they always there for him when he's at the lowest. How they didn't care nor want to know about his background. How they always help him. How they never even once doubt him. He feel like he is a human for once. He feel like he is not alone anymore.

"You're awake already?" Evan, who suddenly open his eyes and stare at him, ask.

Aestry nearly shout in surprised when Evan ask him without any sign. He turn to him and nod. Evan wake up from the floor where he's sleeping on, and walk to him. He sit beside Aestry and put his hand on his forehead.

"Your fever hasn't gone down even a little bit. Just rest more." Evan push him to lay on the bed again and stand up from the bed. His eyes never leave Aestry. "Are you hungry? Do want anything to eat? I will go out buy it for you."

Aestry then remember the stall yesterday where he walk around to see if the preparation for the festival is ready and in a good hand. He saw a stall where it sell many kind of dish. Plus, he also knows that Evan doesn't know how to cook so it's a win win situation for them.

"There's a stall near the gate way. Could you buy me some dish over there?" Aestry ask lowly, afraid that Evan might be mad after hearing his words.

Evan was surprised hearing his words. Then, a smile paint on his lips.
"I was just about to recommend you that stall if you choose other stall."

"You know that stall?" Aestry is surprise hearing his words. He thought he is the only one in their group know about the stall.

"Yeap. To be precise, the owner of the stall is my mother." Evan look so proud when he said it's his mother. Aestry could see his eyes glow when he's talking about his mother.

' Ahh.... He must really love his mother... '

Evan then go to the bathroom and take a quick shower. He wear the clothes that he put in his backpack, which is the backpack where he always go around with. Once done, he wash his clothes from last night and go to the balcony to dry it.

"I'm going now. If the others are awake, tell one of them to meet me at the stall." Remind him as he leaves the room.

Aestry only nod, acknowledging his words. He then stare at the ceiling above him.

' Should I gather them now? I mean, it's been a few months already. I'm sure they already know that I have return back in time and then I need to go to another continent to investigate the mystery of the Tomian Shrine.'

Aestry frown upon remembering the past. His hands move to his forehead and his cheeks suddenly turn even more tedder than he already is.

' Plus, she is also waiting for me.....'

A smile appear on his lips as he keeps pulling the blanket to cover half of his face. He is now screaming in his heart feeling excited to see her.

"Huaaaahhhhh....." A yawn suddenly interrupt Aestry's thought.

Aestry immediately turn to the owner of the yawn and saw Marlan, with a messy hair and not wearing a shirt on except pant, is scratching his cheek while looking around. Their eyes then meet each other.
