Chapter Seventeen

We got back into the car and continued the rest of our day out. Joe had suddenly gone quite and Rhyanna and Olivia couldn't contain their excitement. Something was going on and I needed to know.

"Hey Beth I don't mean to sound rude but how did you get that bruise." Joe asked cautiously.

Shit. I had completely forgotten to tell him because I was angry at him. Which made me remember that I was suposed to be angry at what he did. It sent a shiver down my spine. I then realised I hadn't answered his question so I told him all I knew.

"It's all my fault." Joe said looking down at the floor of the car. I lifted his head with my hand.

"Don't worry Joe it wouldn't have happened if I didn't do whatever I did in the first place." I said letting go of his face and tapping his cheek. He smiled and lightened up.

"Ughhh," Rhyanna moaned "When do we get there I can't wait any longer." I laughed. At least she knew what was happening and where we where going. I didn't even know where we are now.

Rhyanna's phone went off then mine then Olivia's. Me and Rhyanna grabbed are phones to see what it was.

"Myah." We said at the same time.

I read the message quietly to myself.

Myah: OMG you will never guess what. Casper is moving in with me! I'm so excited. Casper is going to tell Joe later so don't tell him.

Me: Okay I'm so happy for you two

"What the hell." I looked over at Joe. He was reading my message!

"Joe! You weren't aloud to see that Casper was telling you later." I sighed annoyed that he read my message.

"How can I afford the place. Me and Casper shared the cost." Joe put his head in his lap and his arms flopped over the top of his head. I knew he was upset but damn he looked cute. I rubbed his back and tried to think of a solution.

"Urm you could stay with me until you find a cheaper place." I suggested hoping it didn't seem weird.

"Really?" Joe asked, bringing his head out of his lap.

"Yeah sure." I shrugged.

"I'll help with the costs." Joe offered. I didn't need him to help with the bills as my parents paid for them all. When they first split up they would see who could by me the best present even though I never wanted some of the stuff I got. I'm glad they just give me money now. I was sick of the competing over me.

"There's no need it's covered." I said.

"Yeah her parents pay for it all." Rhyanna told Joe "they're both really rich." She wispered as if someone else was listening.

"How long until we get there?" I huffed becoming bored.

We pulled up outside a fancy looking place. Good job I changed into my nice clothes after bungee jumping. The others had also changed. Olivia parked close to the building then turned the engine off.

I went to get out of the car but Joe held me down. What was he doing? "What there." Joe said shutting the door. He walked around the car and opened up the door next to me. He held out his hand and I took it.

We walked into the place holding hands. We where greeted by a man who took us to a room. Joe dismissed the man when we where outside of the room.

"Are you ready?" Joe asked. I nodded. He stood there holding onto the handle. "Open the door!" Rhyanna said becoming impatient.

Joe opened the door and inside the room was a long table filled family, friends and of course, YouTubers. There was four empty seats at the top of the table.

Olivia and Rhyanna went to the two where Tyler was sitting next to one of the chairs, which Rhyanna beat Olivia to. Me and Joe sat on the other side. I was sitting next to someone who looked familiar but their name escaped me.

They turned to face me and held out there hand "Hey I'm Tanya, you must be Beth." She said going from a handshake to a hug.

"Yes I am. Its nice to meet to Tanya." I said pulling out of the hug.

Joe lent towards me "She's been so excited to meet you since you where in Zoe's video." He whispered. I nodded and smiled.

We never ordered food as there was a buffet table but, after a while everyone began to get up and walk around.

"Joe, if everyone's drinking how are we going to get home?" I asked.

"Everyone's booked rooms upstairs. We took most of the rooms on the first floor." Joe chuckled.

After a while people started dancing to the music. Stood there watching.

"Hey Beth, would you like to urm...dance." Joe said nervously. I laughed and danced with him. We began to sway and spin slowly in circles. Beyoncé Heaven was playing. Damn I love that women's music.

Joe looked over at the DJ and nodded. The music stopped. Who stops a Beyoncé song? What was happening? Everybody looked at me and Joe.

I looked around everyone was smiling. I was so confused and slightly worried. Joe put his hand on my cheek and turned my face so I was facing him.

"Beth just yesterday when you run off I felt useless and like there was nothing I could do to bring you back. I never want to feel like that again. Beth would you...would you date me?" Joe asked nervously smiling at me. Just this morning I hated even looking at him and now he wanted to date me. I wanted to say yes but then I also wanted to say no. I looked into his eyes and I made my choice.

"Yes." I said. He picked me up and spun me around. Everyone began to clap and whistle.

He put me back down. "I got worried when you paused." Joe wispered into my ear. Zoe came running towards me.

"O' my god, Beth you're dating my brother. Wait that makes us...sisters." Zoe squealed hugging me.

As I pulled out of the hug Joe spun me around and kissed me. "Get a room." Zoe laughed. Which made me blush but it was covered by Joe's face. I rested my forehead on Joe. Everyone else in the room slowly began to leave until it was just me and Joe.

All of a sudden three people lept on me. "Now you know why we went to the first bit." Olivia shouted, shuddering at the thought of it, which made me giggle.

"Your dating Joe." Myah shouted in my ear.

"Yes I know." I said not able to control my excitement. Myah ran back to Casper.

"Well even though I wanted him I'm happy for you." Olivia mumbled the first bit but me and Rhyanna heard it.

"Hey," Rhyanna said hitting Olivia arm and laughing "you can't say that."

Olivia blushed as she didn't know we heard what she said.

After a while people decided to come back after calming down and sat down to chat. Me and Joe took this opportunity to go to our rooms. Joe pulled out a key card and opened the lift with it. He clicked our floor and wait for it to shut. As soon as it did he lent over and kissed me. He pushed me against the wall and against the hand rail. It hurt for a second but was numbed by pleasure.

They lift dinged which made Joe stopped. We walked out.

"Which ones my room?" I asked looking down the long corridor.

"This one," Joe opened the door with the key card "Is our room."

"Okay." I said not asking any annoying questions like, what if I said no. He shut the door and began kissing me again.

We colapsed onto the bed...
