2) Let it begin

"A PHONE CALL IS HERE!"

"A PHONE CALL IS HERE!"

"A PHONE CALL-"

"Yo." You pick up the phone and, as you open your eyes slowly. You don't know how long you passed out, but the foggy feeling after too much sleep is getting to you as you shift in the bed. 

"Hey, babe! You alright? You were out for some hours now."
Mina charmed on the phone as you quickly looked around to find out how long you were out for

11 am, shit. That was the best sleep of my whole life

"Yeah.. I guess I was too out of it. Are you good? I didn't get to ask you before I headed out."
You take the comfy sheets off you and stretch out of bed. The cold is hitting too much, making you curl back in the sheets with a grimace. 

"S'all good. I'm back in my room and on the same floor as you. I can come over if you like?"

"Yeah, yeah... sure."

"Alrighty then"

~beep beep~

The day is high, and the sun is threatening to come into the room. You pull the curtain off the window and take in the city view. People were buzzing, the cars were honking, and there were a few screams from the local stores; it was chaotic, not that you could hear much on such a high floor but you could see the buzzy streets. The afternoon sun shone down on all the streets. Small cups were thrown. Some people laugh while others smoke by the alleys. How long has it been since you have seen such a view as this? So alive. It was hard to see this back in your hometown. You were just so out of it that you rarely ever breathe real oxygen.

~knock knock~

"y/n it's me!"

A soft knock was heard behind the doors as you quickly rushed to open the door to get your friend.

"Minaaa ugh, I missed you."
You open the door wide to bring a hug to the girl with wide arms. The girl laughed as she returned the warm embrace.

"Come, come."
You quickly bring your friend in to talk. 

"So how are we feeling today?"
You fix your hair as you start to rummage through your bags for a change of clothes.

"Well, this afternoon I won't be at the hotel, sadly."
Mina informed as she sat down on the couch.

"Oh?" You turned around to face the girl. You were half expecting a girl shopping with these buzzy streets and half expecting to see that man. Right, that.

"Ahem-, uh, why though, I was half expecting a shopping spree?" You clear your throat as you sit down beside the girl.

"Well, the squad and I are somewhat here for our mission. However, I brought you here because we will have time off during this mission."

Ah, mission. Should've bet a million dollars on that. The girl chuckled lightly as you continued to listen to your unexpected trip. 

"And tonight," The girl stated as she turned to pick up her bag and hand it over to you.

"The hotel is holding a party for us pro-heroes and some additional guests."

You had a feeling she's trynna take you to this party even if you are no one important.

"It'll be at 11 at night, and I'll be sure that you get a hot date," Mina said as she slightly wiggled her eyebrows. You groaned at the statement and started to laugh at her action.

"Y/n," She said rather soothingly.

"You deserve this, live a little yea?" She put a hand on your shoulder as she started to get up to leave. You nodded and followed her to the door.

"I'm gonna have to visit others for our mission, I'll be back by 8, yes?"

"Yeah, be safe girl, and kick some ass."

You said as you opened the door for her. Mina laughed as she said her farewell as she headed back to her room, not far along from yours.

You close the door and check your phone.

11:30 Might take a shower and head out a bit. Feeling like going out in these chaotic streets

You put your phone back down as you glanced back at the bag Mina had given you earlier.

Yeah, I'm gonna enjoy my time here.

You thought as you hopped in the shower for a fresh late start to the day.

Somewhere at the same time~

"Eraserhead, I'm glad you decided to join us for this mission," Deku stated as the tired-looking hero walked over to the group of heroes.

"You'd better get this over faster. I'm here on vacation, not for work." Eraserhead said as he stood between them.

"It won't be long sensei, we'll get you back around 3. We just need your help with this." Pinky stated as she came in front of her teacher. Was her teacher.

"I'm not your sensei anymore, kid."

Eraserhead groaned and shoved his hands back in his pockets.

"Let's get this over with."

"Yes, of course," Deku said as he eyed the table with maps and devices. "You'll be scouting the area... the deliveries must be stopped tonight. What comes next, we'll make a new strategy. Hopefully... Shigaraki.. doesn't come with that."

You hopped out of the shower with a towel wrapped around your chest and another towel trying to dry your hair.

You walked over to the bedside table, where a hotel phone was placed. You wanted to take a small grasp of what the hotel offers since you aren't aware in prior before. And you'd also forgotten to ask Mina for them too.

~ Hello, this is the front desk. How may I help you?~

The assistant answered the phone. You cleared your throat holding up the courage to talk. 

"Yes, Hi.. I was wondering if you have any meal planned for lunch?" You cooed softly as you asked over the phone and twiddling nervously with the phone string. 

~Oh no, not today, ma'am. We only have breakfast and dinner planned out for today. However, the kitchen is open if you'd like to order any food.~

"Oh, I see, thank yo.u"

~You're welcome, ma'am~

"Is there.. um.. perhaps any services you offer here..?" You asked trying to gain more infomation.

~oh! Yes, we offer variety of spa services... hot stones, sauna and oil massages.. the packages for these services are placed in your bedside drawers if you like to check~

You hummed softly thanking the assisstant for her help as you hang up the phone with a gentle click. Keeping the information in mind, standing back up, you try to find an outfit to go out in instead.

Looks like I'll be eating out then.

You picked something fancy for a casual da,y but you doubt it was fancy since this is New York.

You grabbed your phone and any necessary items and put them into your bag. 

"Let's head out then." You huffed out a satifying sigh and packing up some courage to yourself. Closing the door behind you, you headed out to the lift.
