Chapter 26

"So, what's up? When you guys going to airport, because I and my family are in the way " Meera said over a calm. They were going to Udaipur, for the wedding. Since both the families planned to go for a destination wedding.

"We have already arrived and waiting for you only. " Agastya said.

"What? Why you didn't tell me?"

"What?"

"Agastya"
"Meera"

"Huh, achcha just cut the call. We're coming." She said.

"Yeah, waiting." He said.

"Don't wait." She retorted.

"Why you're so angry? Did i do something?" He asked softly, vanishing her anger in nano seconds.

"No." She replied, softly.

"Then? See, I'm so-"

"Why you apologise everytime, even when you never do something wrong?" She asked.

"Because, I guess I might have hurt you, or troubled you. Most of the time we bicker. That's why." He said.

"Oh, achcha." She replied, as if she was lost somewhere. Because she definitely was. She was expecting something different.

"Oh achcha? You didn't say anything?"

"Why? You were expecting me to say something?" She asked.

"Obviously. I thought you'll fight over it too. By the way, you were expecting something else from me. Weren't you?" Agastya aksed, with a small smile playing on his lips, while he was looking at his family, there.

" N..no. not at all. " She shuddered

" Really? Don't lie, Ms.Vyas." he said.

"You.., just cut the call." Saying this she hunged up and took a deep breadth.

Isko, har time pata kaise lag jata hai mai kya soch Rahi hoti hu !

She thought and calm her racing heartbeats.

"Hello, to you Meera. " A voice came from beside her seat on flight whiek she was looking outside the window. The flight hadn't started yet. Just after checking out she hurriedly went out form there, avoiding Agastya because of the stunt he pulled over a call.

"You?", She asked shocked.

"Yes, me! Agastya Malhotra. Any doubt?" He asked ,leaning a little and arching hiseft eyebrow.

" What's up with you today? Total flirt, huh!!" She asked ,and again tolt her head.

" I've never came across any girl friend. So you know. " He asked ,shooking his head, disappointly.

"Drama queen, what does that mean now!" She said, keeping her fisted hand beneath her chin and looked at him, who was looking at her with a small smile.

" My Hitler, I meant, now when I've a girlfriend. So I can flirt a little with her. " He said, and she eyed him.

"Oh, am i your girlfriend?" She asked.

"Yeah. You're a girl. And a very good friend to me. So, technically, you're my girlfriend!" He asked, she burst out laughing, making him laugh too.

"That's so pathetic, Malhotra. Oh god. Really? Kuch aur joke mar Diya hota. Ye kya tha?"

Saying this she again laugh. And he looked at her laughing face.

" Now don't stare like a Bollywood hero. " she said, and chuckled while he nodded.

" By the, way i covered up your anger. And also, the way you were avoiding me out there.", He said.

" Thank you for the former one. And sorry for the second. "She said.

" Why you were doing that, btw?" He asked .

"Let bygones be bygones.", She said.

" I want to tell you something." He said.

"What? Okay. Tell. I'm all ears. " she said. While his face took a 180 degree turn making him all serious.

"Actually I wanted to tell you two things. But not now. After the wedding." He said and she nodded.

"As your wish, sir!"

They reached udaipur after few hours. And direct went to the reserved hotel they booked.

The manager showed them their room, ahndling the keys too. And escort them there. While, Meera and dev, had their room just beside. While, on the second floor,it was Agastya s and Kavya. And Vivian and Smirit. While the elders were staying, in the ground floor. And the other rooms, in each floor were booked for their relatives, cousins and friends.

"Huh! So far from you!" Agastya exclaimed, after taking his key. While Meera just looked at him.

"What's happening with you? Kal tak, tum mujhse jhagad rahe the, aur Aaj itna pyaar?"

She said while going to her room while he followed her.

" Haaaye, mai hor kar bi, ki sakda han!" (What can I do else?) He whispered taking a deep breadth.

"What did you say, and in which language?"
She asked.

"Nothing. Leave it. Go, get some rest. My other family members, and cousins will be reaching between today night and tomorrow morning. " he said before turning.

"What's happening with me? Don't be so cliche, Agastya!" He thought.

"Agastya"!

Meera called her and he turned.

"Hmmm?"

"Relax. And take deep breadths. Im not leaving. You can tell me everything afterwards. " she said softly, with a smile and he looked at her for two minutes, and nodded before leaving.
