After that night the 2nd Boy Wonder came to see Alexia in her apartment twice a week at the most random times. Sometimes he would be knocking on her window at 2AM, other times he'd come to visit at somewhat normal times like 5pm.

Throughout his visits, the two teens learnt to trust each other with secrets. They shared their greatest fears with one n' another. Vented about their problems. The masked vigilante had even trusted Alexia with his identity. Finally introducing himself to be Jason Peter Todd.

Alexia helped Jason when things got rough with Batman, who she quickly found out was Bruce Wayne via Jason's emotional rantings. Alexia showed Jason he wasn't alone in his feelings & never would be. She comforted him and cared for him when he couldn't. Despite them both being 15 years old, they discovered quickly that they are way too traumatised for their ages.

Over the course of 5 months the two considered each other 'Best Friends.' Alexia's always expressed to Jason that she's grateful for his role in her life and quite literally saving it. Alexia would do anything for Jason.
She'd do anything for Jason Todd.

Alexia's room began to grow darker, the silence becoming more intense, the anxiety of the night increasing with every passing second. The moon rises higher with each hour, almost in the centre of the sky. As it rises Alexia can only feel her heart bang against her chest.

Alexia's phone is still dead silent.
Jason never leaves her left with no communication, he knows that she despises it when she goes so long without word from him. Alexia's journal is now on her wooden bedside table, the stuffed black-cat plush Jason got for her 3 months ago is next to her on the spacious bed. The bed where the two would lay, Jason ready to take a nap after missions whilst Alexia read a classics novel that he'd previously recommended her.

Jason had told Alexia a few nights ago that he was furious with Batman and his 'ridiculous set of morals.' She'd imagined it was because Jason accidentally almost beat a thug to death and got a scolding but what he'd told her was much, much more terrifying.

The Joker, Gotham City's very own Prince Of Crime, had gone on a rampage, going so far to kill children. Jason was blinded by rage at the Joker's actions and planned to confront him and to finally put his antics to an end. Forever. Thankfully, Bruce Wayne had interfered with Jason's plan & told him it was far too dangerous for him to do on his own.

In classic Jason fashion, he'd challenged Batman once again. Telling him how flawed his methods were. Throwing insults towards the Bat in his rage, 'None of this would be happening if you'd just man the fuck up and kill that psycho bitch.' Jason directly gave Alexia the run down of what he'd said.

Alexia mostly agreed with Jason. Bruce wouldn't be in the position of handling a very pissed off Todd and in the middle of morality battles if he'd just killed the Joker when he'd first crossed the line. Although, looking at it from both sides, Alexia is also understanding why Bruce hasn't gone to such measures.

The overwhelming amount of anxiety Alexia was facing is the result of lack of communication. Constant wondering where Jason currently is was devouring Alexia, inside & out.

He could quite literally be anywhere in Gotham. He could even be out of Gotham for all Alexia knows. She can't get her muscles to relax. She's incapable of calming herself down. Her already damaged heart hasn't stopped going a million miles an hour for at least 3 hours. Alexia's practically desperate to grab her phone and call Jason, text him, anything to get in contact with him. But the fear of possibly screwing up his mission and getting him killed is at the front of Alexia's mind and she cant push it back.

"Jason, I'm praying to every God out there that you'll find your way back to me." Alexia can feel the tears threatening to fall from her tired eyes. Despite her attempts so hard to push them away. She just cant fight the looming sense of doom thats hanging over her spinning head. It's as though a personal rain cloud that the cartoon characters possess is above her, slamming down the rain to her head.

Now Alexia sits, debating whether she calls Dick or not. Reminding herself he always answers his phone. Surely he'll know whats going on with Jason? Alexia's mind continues to race as she reach for her Phone. She quickly dials the previous Robin's number and nervously bites into her free hands nail as she waits.

After a few rings, a voice speaks up.

"Hello?" They ask, confused and clearly woken up.

"Hi, Dick, It's Alexia"  Her voice trembling as she spoke down the phone, matching the shake in her hands.

"Oh hey Alex. Why're you calling so late?" Alexia can practically hear him smiling. He's always had such optimistic tendencies.

She stay quiet for a moment, unsure on how to approach this topic without sounding like a baby.

"Alexia? Is everything okay?" Dick asks through the phone, his voice concerned for her current state.

Just as she hears his question, Alexia can feel the tears spring up in her eyes once again.

"Dick im really scared." She chokes out to him, her voice cracking as she spoke. "I sound like a Baby, im so sorry to have bother-"

"Alexia, it's fine. Now, please, tell me what's wrong." Dick's voice sounds less tired as he regains his sense of consciousness, acknowledging her worried tone.

"Jason hasn't answered any of my messages or returned my calls. He usually keeps me posted on his missions to let me know he's safe." Alexia rambles on, not bothering to stop the tears from flowing down her flustered face. "He hasn't said anything in 4 hours, he's never done that before. I'm just worried about him. I'm probably overthinking it all. Do you know where he is?"

Dick stays quiet as he listens to her, Dick's calmed breathing slowly decreasing Alexia's anxiety as she listens to the rise of his chest through the phone speakers.

"Alex, calm down. I'm going to check in with Bruce. I'll call you back and give you what I know." The Boy Wonder speaks carefully down the phone, trying to keep Alexia calm. "Just take some deep breathes. I'm sure he's okay."
