Felix walked behind the two friends, Hobie and Gwen, they pointed out things and made him highlight what stood out to him.
"What about the burger stand, what catches your eye, kid?" Hobie spoke so nonchalantly that you'd think he programmed robotic responses.
"They are selling....... Is that Spider-Man 2099 as a burger?" Felix said, almost flabbergasted.
Gwen chuckled and held her hand out to Hobie "Ha! Five bucks Hobie, I was right."
"Hell no Gwen, that doesn't count. You said 'if he mentions Miguel O'Hara as a burger, you owe me five bucks' and he said Spider-Man 2099" Hobie snapped back in a sibling like way.
"Where am I sleeping?" Felix sighed as he spoke, like a father who came home after a long work day to rowdy kids, "I'm quite tired of this charade."
"Charade?" Gwen and Hobie spoke in unison, before Hobie cut in "You don't have to do this kid, you could just leave."
Felix rolled his eyes and hopped in front of the two, now walking backwards. Slowly his suit dematerializes and reforms to more causal clothes. A snug but not tight black tee, baggy white yoga sweatpants, with some name brand headphones were all that remained after the reformation.
"Yea yea cool whatever, can I sleep?" Felix held out the headphones to Gwen, "I believe Miguel wanted this."
Gwen awkwardly takes the headphones, noting "What? What are you talking about?"
Hobie rolls his eyes, "You look dumb, thanks for the AI. You are gonna sleep over there, in the sleeping Quarters, a mini Lyla should help you."
"This is Vega? It's smaller than I would've thought, thanks kiddo." Gwen smiled and ruffled his hair, her action was motherly in nature, yet it made Felix red in the face.
"............" Felix inhaled, a little frustrated, "thanks....."
Felix swung over to the sleeping area and was escorted by a Lyla clone to his room. While Gwen and Hobie continued to talk.
"He definit-" Hobie started.
"Shut up." Gwen cut him off before rolling her eyes, "He's got a Gwen too, it's probably subsidual feelings for his Gwen. Although......we do look quite similar, even past the whole 'same person different universe' thing."
Felix showered, brushed his teeth and did a whole nightly routine before sleeping, unsure of what the next day would bring him. He reminisces of what the Gwen did.
"Why would she do that?" He thinks, "Surely she doesn't know about my history with MY Gwen right? She couldn't possibly know, I mean it's under my second name. Hopefully......hopefully....eh whatever she probably doesn't know."
Felix lays his head down and rests, trying to push those thoughts out of his head.
