The Party

A little bit after Felix got dressed, he stepped out of the strange room. He didn't fully understand it but then again he didn't need to, as long as it worked, he didn't care. He flipped his wrist to the show the watch, Vega molded to be more suitable for the two to access, he opened a portal to his own dimension and stepped through it.

At Miguel office an argument was occurring, it seems no spiders could ever fully agree on anything.

"ADMIT HE'S A LIABILITY, HE IS AN ANOMALY, AND YOU FORCED MY HAND, STACY!" Miguel screamed at the four throwing the monitors away from him, they showed various footage of Felix and his escapades.

Gwen's voice shattered like glass, she couldn't stand up to him when he was like this, "Miguel............You out of all people have to understand why I got so excited that I was alive in his universe. He's......not the greatest, but he's super talented and you have to admit that."

Miguel grit his teeth and inhaled, ready to scream at the spiders before Gabriella cut him off "He is not that much of a liability, maybe give him a chance. I believe Lyla has a record of him leaving about an hour ago to go his universe, she said she thought it was because he had a party to go to."

Miguel huffed in anger, ready to explode at a moments notice "If he doesn't do this absolutely perfectly, I'm sending him home permanently. That is the only chance he gets, Lyla contact Vega. Now."

Lyla rapidly pulls up multiple camera angles of Felix getting dressed in suit, she giggles "You know Miguel, he's a lot better looking under the suit. Anyways! VEGA! MISSY! HELLO! COME IN! ITS ME! LYLA!" Lyla was basically screaming at Vega towards the end.

"Quiet down please, I'm trying to see the insecure bastard be insecure, what do you need Lyla?" Vega spoke as though she was fed up but she was more focused on the boy trying to match clothes than anyone else, "is there something dire you can't handle?"

"Nope! But Miguel requested a laid out plan of what Felix is doing, this is a threat-" Lyla was speaking to Vega on what could only be considered speaker phone as she was cut off by Miguel.

"I don't trust your user, he's quite reckless to be honest with you, I do trust you. I am simply asking for exactly what he is doing, this is a test." Miguel spoke like a news reporter reading off of a teleprompter.

"Can't do that sorry Migs," Vega gave a robotic chuckle and continued "This party means a lot more to him than you'll ever know. I can give you a rough draft of the plan, but he'll know if I give you a more recent one. Here check the monitor to your left Miguel."

The group of six swung their heads to the left, their eyes gluing to the new image. The image appeared to be a screenshot of a document, it had bullet points of Felix's general plan. For example, "arrive at the party", "greet everyone under a fake name", "make your way to the casket slowly", and "apologize to HER". Completely normal things you do act a party, you know, the usual.

"Who is her, Vega? Oooooo does Felix have a secret girlfriend? OOOOO can we meet her?" Lyla shot questions at Vega faster than words could come out of Lyla's holographic mouth.

"Can you shut up? I'm just waking up myself and I don't need some California girl energy in my face right now. Her is Felicia, his mother. The fake is he is using is-" Vega's typical voice glitches out and buzzes at the office, feedback screeching.

"Kira.......Kawajiri, that's the fake name. For a 'user you don't trust' you sure don't give me any chances to let me prove myself. If you are so damn obsessed over me and you need to know, today is my second birthday, today is the day I died. My mother holds a somber party in memory of me, it's quite disturbing and disgusting, but who cares. The point is...........Weaver owes black cat something, I'm there to deliver it. Nothing more," Felix straightens his suit jacket and his watch morphs into a classic black and gold watch. "And certainly nothing less. And god, get that horrible outline off your screen, check it again."
