"You cannot do this to me" the girl shouted while tears streamed down her cheeks

"Yes we can" Mr Jung,
A big business man, owner of the Jung Enterprise and also this girl's father said

"Why don't you guys understand, I'm not a fucking toy or a showpiece that you will just sell me off for your own profit
You guys are ruthless, do you even care about me
I hate you" and with that the girl felt a sharp pain at her left cheek
It was her mother who just slapped her

"Jennie this is not a way to talk to your parents
Where are your manners" Mrs Jung

"Our decision is final and we don't want to hear anything else" Mr Jung

Jennie just stood there crying
She could not believe that her own parents could do such a thing to her

"Now go to your room and don't dare to leave the house without our permission" Mrs Jung

And with that Jennie ran to her room and slammed the door shut
She was done with her life
The people who she thought cared for her, betrayed her

This morning Jennie was just informed that her dad made a deal with the biggest business owners in Korea
The Kim's

Both the business families have been friends for a long time

And Mr Jung was more than happy to accept it

According to the proposal Jennie was told that she will be marrying
Kim Taehyung, the Ceo of Kim Enterprise
He is only 25 but the biggest and the most feared Ceo in the business world

Mr Jung didn't accept the proposal because of their friendship with Kim's but he accepted for his own benefit
As he knew that joining their name with the Kim's can be very beneficial for his company

Jennie doesn't like this at all
Since she was 12, she always dreamed of marrying the person she would love
But now she is being forced to marry a person she barely knows

Jennie laid on her bed, covering her face with a pillow

"Is everything alright dad ?, you called me home all of a sudden" Taehyung said entering his father's study

It is Monday afternoon and he was at office,
When he received a call by his father
His father asked him to come home as there is something important he would like to discuss with Taehyung face to face

"Yes son everything is perfectly alright,
Go ahead take a seat" Mr Kim said motioning to the seat opposite to him

"Taehyung you must be aware of my great friend and fellow business man Mr Jung" Mr Kim

"Yes I am"

"Mr Jung has a great reputation and a beautiful and very lovely daughter too" Mr Kim

"Why-" Taehyung began but was cut off by his father

"Listen Taehyung I'm getting old and the last thing I would like to see before going away is you having a happy family"

"Dad you are no where near dying and you know me, I have no interest in getting married to someone, it's all just a waste of time and nothing else"

"Taehyung I used to think the same before I married your mother"

"Not with the sentimental stories again" Taehyung said sighing

"Ok fine I won't,
But Taehyung I'm serious
I would really love to see you settle down
I don't want you to indulge your entire life in work
And trust me I know that Mr Jung's daughter, Jennie is a great girl and-"

"Fine,
I'll marry her
But I won't guarantee that I will ever love her or take care of her as a husband"

"Ok,
But with time I know you will love her" Mr Kim said smiling

Taehyung stood up to leave
"We'll see about that" he said and exited

While he was walking down the stairs

"Seems like your days of one night stands are over" someone said from behind

"Shut up" Taehyung said, knowing that this voice belongs to his younger brother, Jungkook

"Why so mad bro,
Your soon to be wife is gorgeous" Jungkook said walking towards Taehyung

"Look here's one of her pictures" Jungkook said and showed a picture of Jennie to Taehyung

"I found it on her Insta,
I'm like seriously jealous of you right now" Jungkook

"I don't care
And get aside, I'm getting late" Taehyung said and walked past Jungkook

"She sure is pretty" Taehyung said to himself
But pushed the thoughts away as he got in his car and drove back to the Kim Enterprise
