"Jennie I just saw Taehyung pull his car out
Everything alright ?" Mom says as I just enter the kitchen after Taehyung left
She probably saw him leaving through the kitchen window
Nancy is also here with her, they both seemed like they were talking when I walked in
Nancy gave me a disgusted look after seeing me enter the kitchen

"Yeah everything's fine
He just got an important business call and had to go to office" I say comming up with an excuse

"Oh that's unfortunate
Nancy really wanted to have dinner with him since she is meeting him after so long" mom said

'Ofcourse she would like to have dinner with him' I think and roll my eyes

"It's ok
After all I am here for a month
We can eat together anytime" Nancy said as mom nodded

"Jennie can you call Jungkook and your dad on the table" mom asks as the dinner is ready

"Sure" I call Jungkook and dad
We are currently all seated at the table, eating dinner

"So Jennie
Was your and Taehyung's marriage love or aranged ?" Nancy asks

"We had an arranged marriage" I simply reply

"Just as I thought" she said with a smirk

"What do you mean ?"

"I mean, I could just tell that it wasn't a love marriage
You don't seem Taehyung's type" Damn this bitch really is getting on my nerves

As I was about to say something, Jungkook spoke "Yeah, Taehyung's type really got better over time
The type of girls he was into before was just a big no
He shifted from red to green flags"

Nancy glared at him as she knows that Jungkook is aware about her and Taehyung's past
Jungkook glares back at her
As I only look down, trying not to laugh and then mumbling a little thanks to Jungkook

"What are you thinking ?" Jimin says as I am just starting into the the wall and not speaking anything from the past twenty minutes

After leaving my house I made a call to Jimin and asked him to come to our usual hangout spot
At first he didn't want to come as I was interrupting his and Rosè's date
But then I told him about Nancy comming back and he had no choice except comming
I told him about everything that happened today

"Fuck, I don't know" I say frustratedly throwing my whiskey glass on the marbel floor, making it shatter

"Don't tell me that you are thinking to get back with Nancy" Jimin said completely not being surprised by my action

"Hell no
I am never doing that
Specially when I am married to Jennie" I said being honest

"Glad to know that you atleast remember that you are married" he said with an irritated look

"What are you talking about ?"

"I am talking about how you are behaving like a complete asshole to your own wife

You just left her there when all she wanted to do was comfort you
Jennie really cares about you and here you are" he said as the images from the day play in my mind
I really regret doing that but it isn't my main concern right now

"That's not the thing I am worried about right now
My main concern is that, what the fuck is Nancy back for ?" I say as Nancy being here, her being near me is the last thing I want

"I don't know
But what I know is that you need to stop hurting the people who genuenly think about you
And we both know what kind of person Nancy is

If she is here trying to get you back, which you definitely don't want
Until you are out of your mind ofcourse,
I have a solution for you to get rid of her" usually I don't take opinions and suggestions from anyone but today can be an exception I guess

"And what is it ?" I ask leaning forward from the chair I am sitting in

"Treat Jennie the way she deserves to be treated
Treat her like your wife and love her
When Nancy will see this she will know that you are out of her limits now" Jimin said with a proud smile after presenting his idea

"So you want me to act like I love Jennie in front of Nancy ?" Ok that's definitely not something I am going to do

"No you dumb idiot,
I don't want you to act
I want you to really love Jennie" he said

"Only if it wasn't so hard" I said with a sigh

"It isn't" he said leaning back in his chair comfortably

"Oh really,
Then try putting yourself in my place
Imagine what if the person you really love leaves you and shatters you like this glass on the floor
Completely breaks your capacity to trust, to love, to believe in someone
Then one day comes back out of no where

I change into my pajamas and pick my teddy, nini up
And exit the bedroom
Taehyung isn't back yet
I wonder where he is ?

"Jennie where are you going ?" I get called from back
I turn around to see Jungkook

"To the guest room"

"But why ?" He asks looking concerned

"Turns out he isn't the only one who needs alone time" I said shrugging

"Business call wasn't the reason Taehyung left right ?" He said as I just nod in response

"Are you alright ?"
"Yeah"

I go to the free guestroom and get under the cover, making myself comfortable
Hugging nini tight I close my eyes

Sleeping wasn't that easy tonight
Something felt incomplete, maybe it was the other side of the bed
