"What are you doing here ?" I say as calmly as I possibly can

When I came to office this morning I was informed that I have a special guest here who is waiting for me

"I already told you Taehyung,
I want you to accept my proposal" he said placing is legs over my table, mannerless jerk

"Listen Yejoon (fictional name) just because you are my cousin it doesn't mean that I will invest in your plan" I say honestly,
I have always made sure to separate business from personal life and business always comes first

Yejoon is my cousin and is about four years older than me
There was a time our families used to be close,
His father is the older brother of my father
So it was always assumed that uncle would take over the Kim Enterprise
But my grandfather chose dad to become the Ceo because uncle was a drug addict and had lost millions due to his addiction and refused to go to rehab

After uncle found out that he won't be the Ceo of Kim Enterprise, he was furious,
His ego was hurt and he had decided to withdraw himself fully from the business and start his own business
But that business wasn't that successful and is now run by Yejoon

Due to these family differences Yejoon grew up to hate me,
Not like I care weather he hates me or likes me

But what really surprised me is that he needs my help, which is quite understandable
His business is not going well and he needs investment to make his business survive in the competitive market

"Come on Taehyung,
This the least you can do
You own this entire business which was supposed to mine, you have a nice family, everyone respects you, fears you, you have a beautiful wife, you have it all
And look at me
You are living the life I was supposed to have
Only if that old idiot man hadn't made your dad the Ceo then this whole business would have been mine" Yejoon

"So you are telling me that Taehyung's ex girlfriend is back and is living under the same roof as you guys !?" Jisoo unnie says being surprised after I fill her in with the info

"Damn,
Just when I thought your life couldn't get any more bizarre" said Rosè sipping on her lemonade

I had managed to get some time between my shoot to have lunch with the girls

"So tell me,
Is she like trying to steal Taehyung from you ?" Jisoo unnie said,
She seems ready to strangle Nancy down

"I think so
I know that she hates me and always tries to get Taehyung's attention"

"But the main question is,
Is Taehyung giving her the attention she is trying to get ?" Rosè asked

"So far no,
He has ignored her every single time she tried to get close to him" I reply, a satisfied smile forming on my face

"That's a great sign" Rosè

"I don't trust him" Jisoo unnie says and I look at her questioningly

"I am sorry Jen,
But I actually don't trust him,
You asked him that weather he likes you or not and just remained quiet" Jisoo unnie said recalling the point I told her earlier

"Unnie I cannot force him to like me,
And he said to me that he used to love Nancy, he doesn't anymore" I say trying to prove unnie's point wrong

"Jen why do I feel like,
You are just trying to defend Taehyung at this point" Rosè said

Wait am I actually just trying to defend Taehyung,
I am not defending him
I am just stating what is right
I trust him and what he said
And that is not defending or is it ?

" I am not defending him" I protested

"Jennie you really are defending him,
The thing is that you are not realizing it because you have started to like him" unnie said placing a reassuring hand over my shoulder

After finishing shoot I come back at 7:00 pm

As I was walking inside the house a hand pulled me out of nowhere,
I got scared for a second but calmed down after seeing that the person is Jungkook

"You scared me Jungkook"

"Sorry" he said while continuing to pull me to the garden with him

"Why are you pulling me to the garden ?" I question

He stops in the garden and looks around to make sure that there is no one around

"Sorry for pulling you out of no where
But I have something to tell you and I am so excited about it that I couldn't wait" he said jumping up and down like a bunny which made me laugh

"And what is that ?"

"So you are the first person I am telling this to and you have to promise to keep this a secret until I tell the others tomorrow" he said putting his little finger in front for me to make a promise

I wrap my little finger around his "promise" I say, I wonder what he is about to tell me

"As you know that Lisa and I have been engaged for a long time now,
Both of us have been talking and discussing about this for a long time and now we have finally decided.....
We are getting married next month" he said excitedly

"Oh my god Jungkook,
Thats great" I said giving him a hug "I am so happy for you and also for me because then Lisa and I will be living together" I said honestly, I absolutely adore Lisa and would love to spend my time with her

"Oh and I don't care if you agree or not but I will be helping in the wedding planning,
I always wanted to plan a wedding
Unfortunately I wasn't able to plan my own wedding for obvious reasons" I say, younger me was always fascinated by the way wedding are conducted

"That's great, because I was going to ask for your help anyways" Jungkook

"Are you telling mom and dad tomorrow ?"
"Yup"

"Oh my god I still cannot believe this is happening next month"

"I am so excited" both of us said at the same time

We were literally squealing like teenage girls when they get their own makeup for the first time

"What the heck are you two shouting for here in the garden" I turned to face the person
And there he is all dresses up in his suit, looking like he just came back from office and came to the garden hearing us being noisy like little kids

"Taehyung we were just a....-" Jungkook started but seemed like he wasn't able to find the right words to say

"Walking in the fresh breeze" I said completing the sentence for him

Taehyung looked at both of us questioningly as we just stood there awkwardly smiling

When he turned around to walk inside the house,
Jungkook and I both looked at each other and squealed silently while Jumping

Taehyung turned around and looked at us strangely,
Probably wondering weather we have lost our minds
