He is an emperor of an Egyptian-like-country
The country is Ancient Egypt, but is in an alternate world where the Empire stayed around longer and The Roman Empire married into the royal family, instead of everything that happened to Cleopatra and Alexander the Great.
He's the great grandson of Cleopatra and Alexander, he wasn't around for Alexander but Cleopatra lived to a very old age.
He was 12 when she died.
He's very spoiled because he's an only child and is seen as a God because of his culture.
He believes that everyone else isn't as smart as he is and gets upset when proven false.
His mother is dead, but his father is old, around 97, his mother died at the age of 89
He loves exotic animals and has large parties to show off his pets.
He's a HUGE party guy, loving hook ups and drinking, in non current rps he's a fan of opium
Salven is infertile/it's extremely difficult for him to have children. He's only has gotten one woman pregnant once, but she ended up miscarrying a month or so later
He's very insecure about his infertility, liking men more than women because of that.
He's very possessive over what he considers his, even people he's seeing romantically, though most of his concubines (at least the ones not in his favor), he sees as expendable
His father sees him as immature and lazy, wanting to marry him off to someone to discipline him.
He loves his father deeply, but he hates nagging, especially about how he should act
He doesn't like being told what to do, especially when it's his father that tells him to do something
Senario:
#1: Salven's father wishes him to marry, but he doesn't want to.
He sees marriage as a waste of time because he has several, and I mean SEVERAL, concubines that he sleeps around with.
His father chooses your OC as a proper husband/wife/partner, deciding with your character's family that it would be best for the two of y'all
Your character of course is very hesitant, as is Salven as well, you two have a few days before the wedding and have to get to know each other.
We can choose backgrounds and ideas based on what we want to achieve in the rp
#2: The families could also be rival families for extra spice ✨
#3: Or maybe your character is a concubine of Salven's that ended up getting pregnant?
