They both were made in a lab for illegal human trafficking and testing
They've been passed out for most of their lives, too high on medications they had to test, or being in too much pain to stay awake
They know a little bit of English, mainly speaking Russian (I'll write their sentences in English but will specify if they're speaking English or Russian)
They technically aren't brothers but they consider themselves closer then siblings, not romantically, but they see themselves as two half's to one person.
They were created only to be experimented on, from shampoos to new chemicals, they are the same as rabbits that get used for animal testing.
They were created from a random set of DNA, along with many others like them. Some were sold to human traffickers and some are used the same way that E3 and E4
They have green hair and green eyes
They're covered in bandages and only wear white
Senarios:
#1: your oc is a doctor who works with E3 and E4, and you have been planning an escape for them
#2: your oc is a human trafficker buster, basically they save victims of human trafficking and find out that there's E3 and E4 in your town and try to save them
#3: E3 and E4 have just escaped captivity and break into your oc's house, not really knowing that it's a crime
#4: your oc is a part of the human trafficking in some way and you encounter E3 and E4, you all decide to escape together
