Luke figures out that something is bothering Summer, so he tries to find out. But he can't...
Ever since the kiss with Luke, I've started having flashbacks. Not bad ones. Every time something good happens in the present, I get flashbacks of good things happening in the past.
It's been 2 weeks, Luke hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend yet but I'm hoping that soon he does.
"Summer! Hurry and get ready or we'll be late!" Elle yells from downstairs, "I'm almost ready!" I yell back.
I let my hair down and put a beanie over it, it's officially Fall. I do my makeup and put my glasses on.
I don't normally wear glasses though, so it'll be the first time that they see me with them. I grab clothes and head to the bathroom to get changed.

I change into this ^ and walk back to my room to grab my bag and keys, but before I head downstairs I get a notification from my phone.
Private Chat between Autumn and Sunshine
Autumn is online.
Autumn - Can you pick me up? My car broke down.
Sunshine is online.
Sunshine - Yeah sure. I'm on my way.
Autumn - See you then.
Autumn and Sunshine are offline.
I head downstairs fast and grab an apple to stuff in my mouth, there's a note from Elle on the table when I get the apple.
My boyfriend picked me up. No you cannot meet him. See you after school.

I shrug and leave the house. Leah sends me the address of where her car broke down, so I drive there to pick her up.
"Where's Elle?" Leah asks when she gets into the front seat, expecting to sit in the back.
"Her Boyfriend picked her up. No I do not know who, so don't ask." I say starting to drive to school which is fortunately 3 minutes away.
She laughs and grabs her phone out to face-time someone, "Hey guys." I hear her say to her phone. I wonder who it is. I thought to myself.
"Hey Autumn! Hi Ice!" I hear Avi say from the phone, "Hey Spring! You're lucky the others aren't in the car or else I would have Darkness kill you for me." I say in a slight joking and a slight not joking tone.
I hear Angel laugh from the phone, "We should get going, Spring and I have 5th period before lunch free. Text us then."
We say goodbye and get out of the car. Elijah and Luke meet us in the parking lot, "Hey babe." Elijah says to Leah, putting his arm around her waist.
He gives me a fist bump, "Sup Sun." All of them have their own names for me now, Elijah calls me Sun. Luke sticks with Sunshine. Amelia says Sunny, and Leah sticks with Ice when we're alone.
When we aren't alone, she calls me Summer. Jackson calls me Sum, which gets confusing.
"Sup Eli." I say, fist bumping him back. Luke gives me a hug and kisses me on my forehead, "Hey Sunshine."
I laugh and we all start walking to our lockers, Amelia and Jackson meet us there. "Hey Sunny!" Amelia calls out when she sees me. I give her a hug and then high five Jackson.
After saying hi to every one, we all disperse to our lockers and then to our classes. Luke grabs my hand and holds it on our way to Geometry.
"You know, we would've probably never met if I didn't show up late on your first day." He says, as we sit down making me laugh.
I smiled, "Yeah, we probably wouldn't have."
Luke's POV
Today's the day. I'm going to figure out Summer's secret, or at least try.
But that's for later, the first thing on the agenda is to ask Summer to be my girlfriend. I'm nervous but I decide to do it in Geometry where we first met.
The teacher is droning on about Geometry and I use the time to write something down and pass it to Summer.
Summer, I've been trying to ask you this for a while but I've finally got the courage to. Will you do me the honor of you being My Sunshine?
