Violet pov

Life is magical with no glitter. People are around you to support you yet they could be villains. Isadora took us to a large hillside that was overlooking the city.

"I thought we were going to your place?" April asked.

"Oh after this." Isadora grinned.

My hair flew with the wind. I could see lots of places like heavenly futures, our school and the park where Duncan was playing football.

"Sorry about my dumb brothers." Isadora sighed.

"It's fine, it's all a misunderstanding." I responded.

"Oh it's no misunderstanding." Isadora shook her head.

Isadora rolled around and April ran around the hill whilst I rested on the hill humming.

"You got a voice of an angel." Isadora beamed.

"I do?" I replied confused.

"Yes you do." April chipped in.

"Let's dip." Isadora smirked.

"Im not walking down the hill." April groaned.

"No let's roll down." Isadora grinned.

We all rolled down the hill. As I felt the air breeze through my hair, April started to scream and Isadora began laughing whilst my eyes were closed. After a while, we arrived on the street I lived where Isadora also lived. She then got her keys and opened the door. Her parents were on the sofa and were cuddling.

"We got two guests!" Isadora announced.

"Come here you three." Mrs.Quagmire beamed.

We all went to the living room and noticed their house was very cozy and welcoming. There was a dusty photo of the triplets when they were little and they looked photogenic.

"Violet Baudelaire." Mr.Quagmire gasped.

"How do you know her name?" Isadora asked.

"She is a famous one alright." Mrs.Quagmire responded.

"Why?" Isadora questioned.

"When she was born, me and her mother were extremely close friends. One day, I was babysitting Violet as her parents were both at work. Beatrice came back from work frantic where Violet went and called the police and I told her I was looking after Violet. Beatrice was very angry and upset that she said that I'm jealous of her as I don't have kids of my own. I felt threatened by that and a while later, me and your father decided to get pregnant and never in a million years did I ever expect to have three gorgeous triplets. Beatrice trusted me to look after Violet without me telling her in advance but that day she threw our friendship out of the window." Mrs.Quagmire explained.

"Im sorry about that." I sighed.

After that awkward encounter, I realised why our family pretended the Quagmires didn't exist. It was a lack of communication. My mother thought Mrs.Quagmire was a sociopath kidnapping her child. Mrs.Quagmire thought my mother had no trust in her. But why the future generation has to pay the price?
