I was on my way home ,well to my father's house , my sister had called me over.

I walked inside and father embraced me " son how have you been? How's the wife" , " I am good father Lin is good too " , " you should've brought her over you guys never visit".

"She was fast asleep when I left you know how pregnant woman are " they both chuckled " that I know" we sat down.

" finally I thought you wouldn't come see us " , " Good morning Diana, how are you ?" , " Morning brother, I am fine " ," so why did you call me over ?" ," why didn't you tell us your wife was a twin?".

" her sister distanced herself from the family, it's they family issue I didn't think it was my place to talk about it " , " she's a twin ?" , " Yes father " , " do you know what happened?" , " Lindsay never wanted to talk about so I let it be".

" Lisa said it's cause Lindsay took you away from her " I chuckled , " if it weren't for Lindsay, I would've never known Lisa existed , and Lisa and I were never a thing , Lindsay was upset about Lisa's disappearing that day and that's how I met her , I wanted her to stop crying so I looked for Lisa so she can get back to her College application, I found Lisa at the park she wanted to run away from home , I said a few words to her and drove her safely back to the hotel besides that ive never spoken to her , not to mention date her , so no Lindsay didn't take me from her , it was always Lindsay for me".

" Diana where did you see this Lisa?" , " at school we're both studying psychology " , " did she approach you knowing you're Charles sister? She seems disturbed to me " , " that's cause she is , she kept going to the hotel pretending to be my wife leaving stuff on my desk for me " , " what? Lisa would never , she's a good girl " I got up.

" I don't care about your friendship with her but keep me and my wife out of it, and don't visit my house with her I don't want to upset my wife and the baby" I walked out.

I got into my car and drove back home " honey " , " in here " , she shouted from the library, I pulled her in and hugged her.

" morning " , " morning " , " you're looking good did you go somewhere?" , " mhhh Lisa called me up to meet " , "why?" , " I thought she missed me and wanted to talk but no she just wanted to threaten me " , " is it about me?" , " mhhh how did you know?" , " Diana called me over for the same thing " , " okay " she said getting up.

" are you upset?" , " no just hungry " I chuckled getting up with her "hungry for?" , " Ice cream" , " that's not food " , " we already had breakfast " , " you did huh?" She smiled brightly God I loved her.

She took out a tub of ice cream with 2 spoons giving one to me " thank you " I kissed her cheek.

Life was quiet for a while for Lindsay and Charles.

Lindsay gave birth to her beautiful daughter on valentines day , Isabella.

Charles and Lindsay grew closer , he knew everything about his wife and so did she of him.

Isabella was growing in a loving family all she knew was love , Charles sore to protect her always.

Things were starting to be good with Lisa , she and Lindsay would go on date nights , go shopping, Lisa had apologized for everything that had happened.

She would visit the house every now and then but was never allowed to sleep over , Charles had his reservations.

Its been 3 years , Lindsay decided it was time to go work , Isabella was now 3 and had started school which meant Lindsay had alot of free time on her hands.

Charles didn't mind as he didn't see why she should work when they were super rich , but understood and respected his wife.

They were at the studio Charles wanted a big portrait of Lindsay and they were busy with it.

Lindsay had said she was nervous about this and asked him to come with , Charles came running as he loved his time with his wife even if it meant them just sitting in one place and saying nothing.

Quality time mattered to him and Lindsay loved that even with his busy schedule her husband always slept in bed next to her and made sure they had breakfast together.

" All done Mrs Lamont " Charles was the first to be on his feet looking at the big portrait.

" wow Fernando you captured my wife so beautiful , every little detail about her especially her birth marks just the way I wanted thank you " , " anything for you Lani " they both chuckled.

" only you are allowed to call me that " , " cause I gave you that name , come fetch it after 2 days it should be dry and modified by then " , " great thanks for everything " Lindsay walked out from the bathroom.

" wow its like looking in the mirror " , " it's perfect right " , " yes Lani " , " yaaa " he tickled her cupping her face as she giggled " if I ever lost you and you found your way back to me call me with that name and ill know its you " , " is something wrong? Are you in trouble? " , " no just promise me okay " , " I promise " he connected his lips on hers.

They said they goodbyes and walked out to the car " tacos or pizza or both ?" , " both cause Bella asked me for pizza and I want Tacos " , " just my luck my two spoilt woman having two different tastes " she chuckled getting in the car.

" And our perfect daddy ready to buy us every little thing we want " she pecked his lips and he pulled her close to him.

" say that again " , " daddzy " he bit her lower lip sucking on in , he pressed closing the view of the driver to the back.
