"So this is Mistral eh?" Y/N said as he set foot on a private landing pad their connections allowed the White Fang to use. He tightened his belt as he turned back to the Bullhead and waved it goodbye.

The kingdom was filled with lush green trees everywhere, the city itself looking like it was almost built into the mountain it sat atop of. There was a large castle like building that overlooked everything, sitting in between two mountaintops with a large opening beneath it. There was waterfalls pouring off of multiple parts of the mountain that led into the bottomless river beneath the city. Mountains surrounded the kingdom, acting as a natural barrier with peaks and bounds. The city itself was set up like a river running up the mountain, with settlements and parts of the city being spread out all around and up the twin mountains.

"Beautiful." Y/N mumbled as the whirring of the Bullhead taking off took over his eardrums. He looked down at the map he was given and held it up, trying to line it up with the Mistral he saw in front of him. There was a small red X on the overview map of the kingdom itself, with a second map on the backside that gave him directions of where to go when he got into the city itself. "No time like the present."

Making his way to Mistral, Y/N passed hundreds of people and noticed the large amounts of streamers, balloons, food carts, and joyful celebrations happening all over the main entrance and the city itself. The people here were excited or hopped up on something with how many people here seemed like maniacs. Singing, dancing, fighting, watching...so many different activities all going on at once. He found himself engrossed and distracted by it until he was stopped at the front gate.

"Halt!" A guard wearing the color of Mistral and wielding a giant spear barked out as they stood in front of Y/N. The glasses they were wearing sparked up and looked to be running a test over Y/N as he held his hands up. "State your name and business outsider!"

"Sheesh, why is security so beefed up today?" Y/N said earnestly as the soldiers looked to each other and then back at him.

"The Mistralian Regional Tournament is taking place today and we are under orders to not allow any outsiders that are not registered within our databases to enter unlawfully. You do not come up within any of the four kingdoms databases nor are you affiliated with any branch of business or government operating within Mistral. Now outsider, state your name and business before we are forced to put you under arrest for martial questioning!"

"Woah woah woah!" Y/N shook his hands in front of him as he took a step back. "Let's just take a step back here guys, I'm from Menagerie that's why! I came to watch the tournament but I didn't realize I was supposed to sign up for anything!"

"Menagerie?" The other guard said before narrowing his eyes. "That's an interesting story, because you were not registered on any boats that have come out of Menagerie to any of the mainland's. Considering Mistral is closest....there is very little room for error."

'Shit! I shouldn't have gotten so distracted by the festival going on.'

'Uh-I-guh-" Y/N frantically tried to come up with an excuse before a hand was placed onto his shoulder and he froze. The guards looked towards the hand and froze, straightening up immediately and standing at attention.

"General Nikos sir!"

"Hahaha!" Y/N looked back to see a giant man wearing a tight red shirt that was adorned with a spear emblem on the arm. He had bright red hair with a bushy red beard on his face. His hair was styled and set in a tightly cut wave. His eyes were a dark shade of brown and he wore small glasses. Brown combat pants were tucked into black combat boots that clunked the ground he walked on. The man was holding what looked to be a giant bag of food in one arm as he pulled Y/N towards. "At ease gentleman, this one is under my watch, so I'll be taking care of his entry into the city. He'll be fighting in the tournament today, just haven't gotten him checked in yet. Thank you for your watchful eyes and dedication to protecting everyone here in Mistral, I'll make the sure the Queen hears of your efficacy today!"
