Midnight

"We're 2 minutes away," Matt says.
"You can use my shower, Mina." Chris offers.
"Thank you Chrissy," I said with a smile. Matt shot nick a look in his rear view mirror.
"What was that?" I asked noticing their exchange.
"What was what?" Nick said.
"That look?"
"What look?"
"Don't gaslight me, I saw the look." I said laughing.
"Nothing, just random eye contact." Matt said.
"Yea right."
"I'm for real!"
"Okay okay!" We all laughed. Matt pulled into the driveway and we all headed inside. At the door, I was greeted by Trevor running up to me.
"Hi trev trev did you miss me baby?" I said in a baby voice .
"Hello Mina!" I looked up to see MaryLou smiling at me and reaching out for a hug.
"Hi MaryLou!" I said with a smile, hugging her back.
"I'm gonna go shower now, I'll be right back." I said.
"Alright," they said in unison.
"God, that gets creepy sometimes." I said referencing their tendency to say the same thing at the same time. They laughed.

Chris POV:
       Mina headed upstairs as I headed to the fridge to grab a Pepsi. I heard mumbling.
"What are you two conspiring about," I said as a joke. Nick clears his throat, "so, what's going on with you and Mina?" He asked suggestively.
"Um what do you mean?"
"Dude, you obviously like her." Matt interjected.
I didn't say anything. I just sipped on my Pepsi pretending not to hear them.
"Um hello, earth to fucking Chris?" Nick said, waving his hand in front of my face.
"What do you want?" I said, wanting them to stop picking at it. Talking about it would make it true. Because they were right; I am head over heels for her.
"Dude Chris, you have to tell her, or at least make a move, you're already flirting anyways and she is surely flirting back so I say it's worth a shot." Matt said.
"Matt, no." I said softly.
"Chris why the fuck not?" Nick said.
"Because, I don't fucking know! She probably doesn't even like me back, and you know how I'm scared of commitment. And plus our fans would freak out if I had a girlfriend." I said, my fuse shortening.
"Chris are you genuinely fucking stupid? Number 1; she does like you back, don't ask me how I know. Number 2; get over it, you know Mina, she would never force you into something you weren't ready for, she's the most selfless sweetheart on this earth. And number 3; we don't have to tell our subscribers if we don't want to." Nick ranted.
"Holy fuck Nick, just leave it alone." I replied.

"Leave what alone?" Mina said walking down the stairs. Her with wet hair is just so..... UGGHHHAWWUGH.
"Nothing, just dumb shit." Matt quickly said.
"Sounds about right for you guys." Mina said.
"What is that supposed to mean?" I said, putting my hand over my heart acting offended.
"SORRY I'm just kidding, you know I love you guys." She apologized, walking into the kitchen to grab some water.
"You know you don't have to say sorry all of the time." I said.
"I know, sorry." She said.
"Wooooow," Nick mocked.
"OOPS, HAHAHA." Mina laughed. Her laugh is so real and contagious. The way her eyes crinkle up at the corners, and her subtle dimples really show.
"I'm real tired so, ima go to bed. Night guys love you." Matt said.
"Love you!" We all said back.
"You know what, me too, I'm feeling run down. Love y'all!" Nick added.
"Love you, night!" Mina and I said.

"And then there were two." Mina said with the little upside down smile she does.  Those jerks. I knew what they were doing. Tired my ass, they just wanted to get Mina and I alone.
"Wanna go upstairs and watch a movie?" I asked.
"Yessss sounds perfect." She said, following me to my room. We decided on watching Lemonade Mouth. Hours passed and we've been talking for forever. Conversation just flows with her.
"Should we try to go to bed?" I suggested since it's 4am now.
"Yea probably" we agreed but neither of us moved to turn the lights off.
"Or" we said at the same time.
"You talk," I offered.
"Or we could go walk around, isn't there a gas station close to here?"
"YES that's what I was gonna say."
"NO WAY, lets go!" She squealed. We snuck down the stairs trying not to wake My mom and dad.
We opened the door as quietly as we could. She made a face at how loud the door ended up being.
"Okay, which way is the gas station?" She asked.
"This way." We walked and talked. It seemed the closer we got to the gas station, the closer we walked together. We were just barely touching shoulders.
"I need some gummy nerds right now." I said.
"OH MY GOODNESS I need a gas station coffee in my tummy asap." We laughed, waltzing into the gas station. She filled up her cup with iced coffee while I went to find my nerds gummies.
She gasped.
"What?!" I said, her gasp scared me.
"I'm getting a fruit cup without a doubt." She said.
"Holy shit you scared the fuck out of me." I said laughing.
"Oops.." she said giggling. We went to check out. She seriously tried to hand this guy her card. I pushed her hand out of the way and gave him mine instead. I leaned down to whisper in her ear.
"Did I think I was gonna let you pay?" I watched as a roseate hue slowly appears across her face. The butterflies were SWARMING to say the least.
"I hate you." She said with a smile beaming on her face.
"Have a good night," the worker said.
"Thank you, you too," she said with a smile. We walked around and talked some more. We found a closed coffee shop with an outside seating area we could use.
"Let's go over here, looks cozy." I suggested. We ran over and sat in a table for two.
"Soo any past relationships I don't know about? Give me all of the details." She asked, I chuckled.
"No, I haven't."
"No?! Seriously?! So many girls have gone for you, you don't like anyone?"
"I mean I do like someone a lot but, I'm not sure if they like me back yet."
"They would be an idiot not to like you. You're so easy to get along with, you're so kind, so so smart, and so funny and sweet. I'm sure they like you."
I just about died right there.
"You don't give yourself enough credit, Mina. You have such a big heart."
"What? No, we're not talking about me, we're talking about you."
"Well we're talking about you now." I said. It was quiet for a second.
"What about you? Any relationships?"
"Yea actually, I had a boyfriend." I gasped in intrigue.
"Tell me more."
"His name was Thomas, umm we lasted like 3 months. He was a dirtbag to say the least."
"Dayum that sucks. He totally took you for granted, if you were my girlfriend, I would treat you so much better." I said with a big goofy smile.
"Oh yea? How."
"I would take you to get iced coffee at gas stations, and I would take you for late night walks."
"Would youuuu take me to see the sunrise?"
"If that's what you wanted, sure."
"Good because I have an idea, follow me."
"Okay," I got up quickly and followed her.
~time skip, at the spot~
"What is this?" I asked.
"This is my spot."
"It's incredible." And it really was. It's a hill facing directly where the sun rises with trees and green grass and flowers."
"I know it is. And it's perfect to watch sunrises." But I wasn't watching the sunrise. My eyes were glued to her. Her deep brown eyes were glowing in the morning sun. Her skin looked absolutely radiant. She is perfect.
"You're so pretty, Mina."
"What, no!" She said covering her face.
"Um yes!" I said pulling her hands away.
"Well you're not too bad yourself." We looked at each other for a solid minute. I noticed her yawn, I chuckled at her.
"Are you sleepy?"
"Maybe a little bit."
"Well we should get back before my parents get up and find us gone anyways."
"Yea, let's go."
We got home and snuck back upstairs to my room. I turned the light off and crawled in bed. I opened my arm, inviting her to join me. Her head was nuzzled into my chest, and her arms were wrapped around my torso. My arm was around her, I tickled her arm until her breathing steadied. I fell asleep right along with her.
