Angelina's Pov
"George, grandma wants to talk to me, go into the Caravan and change your dress" I requested George and he nodded a yes.
"Don't worry Lina, you are not going to a war , we will take care of him" Don said holding George's hand and I glared at him.
"It's not Lina, it's Angelina" I corrected him.
"Oh I thought we are friends by now, David calls you Lina all the time"
"Sorry but I can't allow everyone to call me Lina"
"I dont even understand why all women hate me!"
"Angelina, Grandma is calling you"
"Okay" feeling nervous I went into Grandma room.
I fell in love instantly with her room, the walls were coloured pink, unlike the living room there were fresh lillies placed in a Vase in each corner of the room. She was sitting on her wheelchair and looking at a news paper.
"Hello Grandma" I greeted her
"Hey Angelina, please sit" she didn't smile but was looking at me with a concern.
"Thanks" I sat on a small wooden stool close to her.
"You might have your own guess as in why I have called you, don't judge me darling but , I am tired really tired convincing David to marry , but poor child didn't find any genuine person who loved him , only him and not his wealth" she removes her glasses and rubs her eyes "I saw that true love in his eyes today when he looked at you"
I remained silent, unable to figure out what to say.
"How long since you know David from?"
"Just.. since few weeks"
"Well, I hope if you haven't planned yet for any kind of relationship, at least you both be good friends, the one who can rely on each other" she sighs as I didn't show much interest in her discussion.
"We are good friends Grandma, time shall decide how our relationship would turn into" I said patting on her hand.
She looked at me smiling radiantly "I wish my child that day would come soon, you might be tired, go and have rest, if you want there is a guest room here, you can sleep in there"
"Its okay grandma I shall sleep in caravan"
"There are many beautiful things around the village, David can show you them all" she smiles again.
"Thanks, I shall see you tomorrow morning"
While I came out of granny room with mixed thoughts , I found David standing there all smiling.
"Hey!, you scared me, where's George?"
"He is half asleep" he said holding my hand "is everything good"
"Yes, let's go out and talk"
We walked towards caravan which was parked few meters away, David looked tensed as he walked along with me holding my hand.
"Why are you so tensed?" I said all smiling.
"Did Grandma ask you any personal questions, did she trouble you?"
"What do you think?"
"I am pretty sure she would have asked about our relationship"
I laughed to his words "yes , she did, she wanted us to be together, she surprisingly didn't ask about my children, she just hoped that at least would remain as good friends"
