CH 26- Duling Classes And Professor Victoria

It's morning. Xenophilius Adams woke up and used the Polyjuice Potion on Oliver, turning him back into a Muggle-born student.

"Today is Duelling Classes," Xenophilius Adams said as he put on his school uniform, which is a large green robe with a white snake embroidered on it.

"Yes," Oliver replied, having just woken up 10 minutes ago and still feeling a bit groggy due to drowsiness.

Xenophilius put on his school uniform and, upon seeing the doors leading outside, realized they were protected by a security enchantment. He took out his red wand and, gazing at the doors, chanted the incantation, "Aegisward." Immediately, a white shimmering haze began to dissipate from the doors, and they vanished entirely.

"I'll wait for you with my bottle, come back soon, bye bye," Xenophilius said to Oliver before stepping outside through the now-open doors.

Oliver got up, put on his uniform, and made his way to the Great Hall after a quick visit to the bathroom. The hall was already bustling with a crowd.

Bellatrix seemed distressed when Xenophilius Adams confronted her about the recent events. She explained, "Today, my father lost his job because they accused him of being a blood traitor." Bellatrix's anger reached new heights as she continued, "Now we have another job, but it's not as good, and it doesn't pay as much."

"Remember, it's just a job, Bella. If they call you a blood traitor, take it as a compliment; it means you're doing something right," Xenophilius Adams reassured her. "Don't worry too much about the Ministry; just focus on doing good work, my dear."

"Bella, Xenophilius Adams is right," Oliver added, his words filled with empathy.

"Oh,thank you. But you can't understand my pain, oh, sorry, I mean, sorry," Bellatrix said, trying to express her gratitude.

"Bella, we don't take offense," Oliver replied, having just consumed Polyjuice Potion from his flask. "We're always here for you."

"Friends?" Xenophilius asked.

"Always," all three of them said together.

"Such lovely conversations we're having. Now, let's have some breakfast and head to our first Duelling class," Professor Elizabeth said, who had just arrived and seemed to have overheard the entire conversation.

Bellatrix wiped away her tears with her hand and apologized, "Oh, sorry, Professor."

"No worries," the professor replied.

After that, the three of them got up, engaged in casual conversation, had their breakfast, and prepared to go to their first class.

Dueling classes were about to take place on the Hogwarts grounds. Students from both Slytherin and Gryffindor houses had gathered.

Professor Hermione and Professor Andromeda, both highly skilled in combat, were standing there, ready to instruct the students.

"First, we'll pair everyone up. Bella, your partner will be cedric, and your best friend's partner, which means Xenophilius Adams, will be Maya," Professor Andromeda announced.

Then, they began forming pairs.

It was Maya and Xenophilius's turn to duel for the first time. Xenophilius seemed confident, as if he could defeat her in two seconds. However, just two minutes into the duel, Maya Chauhan cast a spell that knocked Xenophilius Adams unconscious, and applause echoed all around.

Then it was Bellatrix and Oliver's turn, and everyone was eager to see how two friends would duel. A hush fell over the crowd as they shook hands and stood three meters apart.

Bellatrix cast the Stupefy spell, and the spell shot towards Oliver, but he dodged it just in time.

In retaliation, Oliver also cast the Stupefy spell towards Bellatrix, but she didn't move. Instead, she redirected the spell with her wand, sending it back at Oliver, and he was hit, falling unconscious.

"Oh my goodness, Bellatrix, you're truly remarkable," Professor Andromeda and Hermione exclaimed, looking very pleased.

"Oliver?" Bellatrix asked, looking very concerned.

"Don't worry, he's gone to the hospital, just like Xenophilius Adams," Professor Andromeda reassured her.

After that, the Duelling Classes continued until they had to be stopped when a girl cast a very dangerous spell towards a boy, which could have severely injured him. Due to this incident caused by the girl, Slytherin House lost 50 points.

"Read this letter in private, and follow what's written in it," Professor Andromeda said to Bellatrix. She was addressing Bellatrix.

"All right, Professor," Bellatrix replied.

Bellatrix went to the hospital, sat beside Oliver and Xenophilius, and explained everything to them. She began to read the letter as usual.

"Listen, kids, you know everything, and today you need to find out everything. So, be in the dining hall by 11:00 PM, so that no one suspects anything!

Your professor, Andromeda."

"I don't know if we'll hear anything good or not, but let's go anyway," Bellatrix said and erased every written word with her wand.

"All right, we'll go too, since we've been called," Oliver and Xenophilius said.

Oliver and Xenophilius attended their final class of the day, an astronomy lesson focusing on the study of Mars. Afterward, they carried on with their usual activities. Despite Oliver having consumed a substantial amount of Polyjuice Potion, which had affected his mind, it didn't cause any significant physical harm due to its nourishing properties. The night had fallen.

In the Great Hall, Bella, Oliver, and Xenophilius met, encountering an unusual silence. They proceeded toward the dungeons.

They entered the dungeon after a few days, where four individuals were waiting: Professor Andromeda, Professor Elizabeth, Professor Narcissus, and, to their astonishment, Professor Victoria.

"But I thought, I thought, I thought, I thought you were dead," Bellatrix exclaimed.

"Hello, and welcome. As soon as you entered, Oliver secured the door with protective enchantments," Professor Victoria remarked.

"Whatever it is, listen to my entire story calmly, and then you'll know what you need to do next," Professor Victoria continued, in her composed and mysterious manner.
