Elon Musk walked into his gargantuan mansion, calling out for his lover.
"Joe! I'm home!" He wasn't quite sure that Joe could hear him, so called out once again, continuing deeper into the mansion. "Joe! Where are you? Babygirl-...?"
Elon Musk found himself walking in on his Omega, Joe Biden, crying on the bathroom floor clutching a pregnancy test.
"Alpha Daddy!... I- I-I'm... I'm pregnant Musky Wusky..."
Joe started crying in joy, as Elon fell to the floor and held him in his arms.
Elon cried as well, rocking Daddy Joe back and forth.
And they were happy.
