I walked into study hall with Yeojeong as I held my notebook and pencil in hand. I went to sit down when I noticed Jang Wonyoung. She wasn't with Sanghee or the other girl, who's name I think was Jimin."Yeojeong look." Yeojeong turned her head to the right where I was pointing.
"Oh, yeah. Wony."
"Wony?" I raised and eyebrow as I questioned the nickname.
"Were you two friends?" I whispered.
"Nah, but I used to sit with the popular croud. Once you came I kind of stopped hanging with Sanghee." She replied.
"I started coming here almost three weeks ago." I chuckled as I wrote down some notes.
"And yet you're way better than any friend I've ever had."
"You too." I smiled to myself.
I stared at the tall girl. Jang won young. I wonder what happened that made her so miserable. Whenever she smiles it looks fake, at least to me. She turned her head and looked at me which made me automatically look at my paper. She definitely caught me looking but I tried to play it off.

"Times up, guys." Mr.Cho Shouted. Which was very unnecessary considering the fact that we were like 12ft away from him.
Insu sighed loudly as he rolled his eyes. I looked at him and then back at the teacher. "You think you did well?" I whispered to him.
"No. I did horribly." Insu groaned as I followed him up to Mr.Cho's desk.
"Thank you, boys. You'll get your grade on Monday."
Insu rushed out of the classroom and so did I. I watched as the taller boy ran the opposite direction. Thank God. I ran the other way.
..."Hoon! Hoon! Do you see Insu anywhere? I have to go get lunch with Jay..." My eyes were moving everywhere as if I were driving . I hid behind Bang Hoon as a I got a couple confused stares from my schoolmates.
"Stop being so dramatic. He has detention." Hoon shook his head as he continued walking.
I stood up straight as I started to walk side by side with Hoon. "Oh... What did he do now?"
"He called Mr.Welsch a fatass."
"The English teacher?"
"Yeah."
"That sounds like something he'd do.""So you said you had to meet up with Jay? Jay who?" Hoon raised an eyebrow as he turned his head to hear what I had to say.
"Yeah. Park Jay..."
"Why?" Hoon raised both his eyebrows this time.
"Cause we're cool now apparently. Insu wanted me to make a fool of myself but I ended making a friend instead." I chuckled.
"Sometimes Insu is so smart and the rest of the time he's just stupid. I wonder why his head is so big when his brain is pea sized." Hoon shook his head.
"Why are you friends with him again?" I asked before stopping to roll up my uniform sleeves. The heat was horrible today. "Well I should go. See ya later, Hoon."
"Bye bye."
I walked to the ramen place where Jay wanted to meet at. It was farther than I expected but I kept walking until I seen a place with a neon sign that said Ramen, with a bowl next to it.
I walked in to see Jay sitting at a table to the far right. He looked nice. His uniform was clean enough for Bang Hoon's liking, while mine was full of dirt from P.E. I forgot my gym clothes so I just wore my uniform, which was was actually kind of stupid. I'll wash mine over the weekend.
I started to walk towards the table thinking of what I was going to say.
"Hey, Jungwon!" Jay looked up at me and smiled.
"Hey." I sat across from him.
"How are you?" He asked me. I awkwardly replied fine because no one ever answers truthfully to that question.
"That's good." He responded.
"So... what are you going to order?" I asked to avoid awkward silence.
"Probably just Chicken ramen. What about you?"
"Hmm... I'll have the same." I took the tablet and ordered two chicken ramen and two sodas."Jungwon?"
I looked up at him. "Yeah?"
"Are you okay?" His words confused me. He had a worried expression on his face.
"Yeah. Why?"
"Umm... you know. Because you're a hideaway." He bit his bottom lip as he tapped his fingers on the table.
"What's that got to do with it?" I raised an eyebrow. Yeah, I'm a hideaway, but it's not all that bad."It's just. I know how it is." Jay avoided eye contact as he stared down at his hands.
"Woah... were you a hideaway?" My eyes widened. He seemed very quiet and reserved so maybe it makes sense. He didn't say anything. He just sighed and continued to stare at his hands.
My attention went from Jay to the little Robot who delivered our food on a tray.
"Thanks, Roro." Jay thanked the little robot waiter making the robot make a little beep beep sound. I chuckled as I watched the little guy roll away. "Cool."
"Anyway... Whatever you do. Don't trust Insu. I know you've been hanging out with him. Just don't trust him, okay?"
"I'll never trust that douchebag. My roomate Bang Hoon is friends with him so I talk to him occasionally."
"Bang Hoon, huh?" Jay rolled his eyes.
"What? Do you know him?" I was genuinely surprised. Were hoon and him friends before?
"Umm... are you two close?" Jay asked me.
"I guess..." I said.
"Uh, be careful with Bang Hoon as well." Jay shook his head.
"Are you and hoon close?" I asked him the same question.
"Uh, we used to be." Jay confessed.
"Used to?" At this point I didn't know who I could trust, or who I was going to believe. Obviously not Insu."We hung out a lot before you came here." I nodded. He seemed like he had a lot of secrets. Ones that I definitely needed to know about. I decided to ask him more before going back to my dorm. "Before... I asked you if you were a hideaway..."
"I wasn't. But my friend Riki was. He was Hoon's roommate before you came, but now he bunks with me." Jay responded.
My eyes widened. So Riki is Jay's roommate, but he used to be hoon's. They're still friends? I've never been more confused in my whole life. It was like every man for themselves here. I wonder what it's like for G-Side. I wonder if the girls are trustworthy. Yeah, Dean. I said the G word.
"I knew that Riki was the past hideaway, but I didn't know you were his roommate."
"Yeah, well. I should go. I gotta study for my biology class. See you later." He got up taking his backpack and leaving the ramen place.
"Oh, uh- see ya." Fuck. I wanted to ask him more questions.

"Eunju! Excuse me— I'm looking for my friend— please move- move! Was that so hard? Thank you— Kim Eunju!"
I was waking down the hallway when I heard my name being screamed. There was only one person who cares enough about my existence to be looking for me. Yeojeong. I turned around to see her power walking towards me. She stared at me for a second, before pacing quickly in front of me.
"You know what that slimebag just said about you?"
Must be Sanghee.
"What did she say?"
"That you're a... garden tool."
"A what?" I chuckled softly.
"You know the thing Santa says."
"She said I'm a hoe?" I laughed at her choice of words.
"Why are you laughing? What a... female dog."
"A bi-"
"Yeah, that."
