The term 'boys vs girls' is exactly what Cameron did not want to hear. For Kamila, it is the opposite.
What worsened this was Mr. Schue's adjustment to have the boys only sing songs by girl groups, and for the girls to only do classic rock.
Kurt Hummel is (obviously) gay. Everyone knows it, everyone knew it even before he came out.
This adjustment definitely has something to do with Kurt getting heavily bullied.
Sam Evans is now in a relationship with Quinn Fabray, for reasons that are honestly unknown.
Basically the whole glee club, but especially Sam, has noticed that Cameron has been a bit of an asshole since the duets. The reason for that is a mystery.
"The boys beat us the last time we competed against them," says Mercedes, "We've gotta bring the noise hard this time."
"They didn't officially beat us," Quinn shrugs her shoulders, "We got busted for vitamin D possession before the vote."
"Wait," Kamila furrows her eyebrows, "Why isn't Rachel talking?"
"She should totally be bossing us around right now," Brittany adds.
"The idea of the assignment was to do the opposite of what we normally do," Rachel explains, "I'm just trying to stick to the lesson plan, which is proving nearly impossible since you're gluing those sequins on backwards."
This is definitely not going to be easy.

Applause rings out in the room, as Kamila spots Artie giving a quick glance to Brittany.
Didn't he break up with her?

"Well," says Mr. Schue, "I genuinely hope you guys are happy. Because Coach Beiste has quit."
"What?" Kamila furrows her eyebrows, "Why? What happened?"
"Some of the boys--"
"And Tina!"
"Some of the boys, and Tina, have been imagining Coach Beiste to cool off when making out," Santana explains.
"It's better than a cold shower," Finn mutters.
"This is what happens when people don't put out," Santana shrugs, "If everyone put out, we'd have a winning football team."
"We'd also probably have more teen pregnancies," Kamila adds.
"Well, I'd rather have a winning football team."
