That's what I just realized
Synthetic because I know I listened
To half of the advice that was advised
They say to look for love in a person
Who would return as much as I give
But what if the person in the wrong is not you
But me, but I'm not asking you to forgive
I promise that my love was whole hearted in the beginning
Then your true personality began to bleed
Seeping out everyday
Turning more into something I should heed
Fear is a strong potion
One dangerous to mix with love
That's why my love is synthetic
Because there's some parts of you that I'd rather get rid of
