As weeks turned into months, the strained relationship between Y/n and her parents reached a breaking point. The failed therapy sessions had left them all frustrated and resentful.

One evening, in the grand living room of the Kim mansion, tensions came to a head. Y/n had returned home after another solitary walk, her thoughts filled with anger and despair. Her parents were waiting for her, their faces etched with concern.

"We need to talk, Y/n," Kevie began, her voice trembling with anxiety.

Y/n's eyes narrowed as she crossed her arms. "Talk? What else is there left to say? We've been talking for months, and nothing has changed."

Jungkook tried to keep his composure. "We just want to understand how you're feeling, sweetheart. We're trying our best here."

Y/n scoffed bitterly. "Your best? Your best would have been to be there for me when I needed you. Your best would have been not tearing apart my family in the first place!"

Kevie, tears in her eyes, implored, "Y/n, we made mistakes, terrible mistakes, but we can't change the past. We want a chance to make it right."

Y/n's frustration boiled over. "Make it right? How? You think a few apologies and therapy sessions will magically fix everything? You're deluding yourselves."

Jisoo, usually the calm and composed one, raised her voice. "Y/n, we're your family. We love you, and we want to be a part of your life."

Y/n's anger flared. "Family? You abandoned me, isolated me, and now you expect me to embrace you as family? You lost that privilege a long time ago."

The room fell into an oppressive silence as the weight of their words hung in the air. Y/n's chest heaved with anger, and her parents were left in shock, unable to find a response to her justified accusations.

Jin, who had been trying to mediate, finally spoke up. "Y/n, we understand you're hurt, and we can't change the past. But we're willing to do whatever it takes to rebuild our relationship with you."

Y/n's eyes blazed with fury. "Rebuild? Rebuild what? There's nothing left to rebuild. You shattered it all, and now I have to pick up the pieces."

The argument had reached an impasse. Y/n's parents were desperate to mend their relationship with their daughter, but she was not ready to forgive or forget the pain they had inflicted on her.

With a final, resentful glare, Y/n turned and walked away, leaving her parents in the cold silence of the mansion's grand living room. The divide between them seemed insurmountable, and the future remained uncertain.

As Y/n retreated to her room, tears of frustration and sadness streamed down her face. She longed for the family she had lost, but the wounds ran too deep, and forgiveness felt impossible. The moon, once a source of comfort, now seemed like a distant observer of her shattered world.

In the following days, a heavy atmosphere of estrangement hung over the Kim mansion. Y/n and her parents barely spoke to each other, their interactions reduced to terse exchanges or silence. The divide between them seemed to grow wider with each passing moment.

Y/n immersed herself in her studies, using her education as both a distraction from her tumultuous family life and a means of gaining independence. She no longer sought solace in the mansion's luxurious confines, opting instead to spend most of her free time outside, away from the suffocating memories.

Meanwhile, Jungkook and Kevie found themselves in a constant state of self-reflection and guilt. They had genuinely tried to make amends, but their attempts had only pushed Y/n further away. They couldn't escape the feeling that they were losing their daughter for good.

One evening, Jimin couldn't bear the silence any longer. He approached Y/n's room, hesitating before knocking gently on the door. "Y/n, can we talk?"

There was a long pause before Y/n replied in a resigned tone, "Fine, come in."

Jimin entered the room, finding Y/n sitting at her desk, textbooks scattered around her. The room was dimly lit, the atmosphere heavy with unresolved tension.

"Y/n, please," Jimin began, his voice filled with genuine sorrow, "We never wanted things to turn out like this. We made mistakes, and we're truly sorry."

Y/n didn't meet Jimin's gaze, instead focusing on a textbook in front of her. "Sorry doesn't change the past. It doesn't erase the years I spent feeling abandoned and alone."

Jungkook and Yoongi, who had been standing in the doorway, joined the conversation. "We've been talking, Y/n. Your father and I, we've been trying to figure out how to make it right."

Y/n finally looked up, her eyes filled with a mix of anger and sadness. "You can't make it right, not after everything. You can't fix what's broken."

Yoongi took a step closer, his voice shaking with emotion. "But we want to try. We want to be there for you now, to support you."

Y/n's expression hardened. "Support? Where were you when I needed you? I had to go through everything alone, and now you want to be a part of my life?"

Jungkook spoke up, his voice laced with desperation. "We're willing to do whatever it takes, Y/n. We'll give you space if you need it, or we can try therapy again, whatever you want."

Y/n pushed her chair back and stood up, her face contorted with anger. "You don't get it, do you? Therapy won't change the past. Nothing will."

With that, Y/n walked past her parents and out of the room, leaving them with a sense of helplessness and despair. They had failed to bridge the gap with their daughter, and the realization weighed heavily on their hearts.

As Y/n retreated once again into her solitary world, the moon continued to witness the fractured relationship between a daughter and her parents, its silent presence a reminder of the challenges that lay ahead. The road to reconciliation, if it even existed, seemed long and uncertain, leaving the Kim family in a state of painful limbo.
