"W-why you lettin lil white bitches bully yo ass?" Symphony, Spirit's mother slurred as she put the the crack on the table in lines
"But momma if i hit her imma be in trouble"
said 11 year old Spirit
"listen to me here lil girl.. the next time she puts her hands on you, beat her ass and don't stop until you think she regrets touching you. Understand me ?"
Spirit had been getting bullied since 3rd grade by this girl name Chloe and she never spoke up for herself causing her to grow up quiet and friendless.
"Y-yes ma'am" Spirit shakes her head up and down quickly
"now get the fuck outta here" Symphony yells and points at the door
Spirit runs out and goes to her room then shuts the door
"boom.. boom... bam" she practices in front of the mirror
Spirit practiced that whole night until she felt like she was ready to stand up to her bully

Next Morning ..
Spirit got up at exactly 5:30 am. Her outfit and everything was picked out last night so it wouldn't take long for her to get ready, all she had to do was shower .
Spirit starts the shower and hops in after checking the temperature
She washes up with Dove sensitive soap then washes her hair and gets out
After finishing her morning routine she puts her hair in two braids and takes her earrings out.
Young spirit gets dressed and heads downstairs to make some cream of wheat
She prepares her breakfast and eats it then heads to the bus stop

Lunchtime
"Oh look who it is" Chloe laughs as she bumps into Spirit
The friend group laughed making spirit feel the lump in her throat building up
"here we go again wit that cryin mess.. Suck it up , we're in 6th grade not 3rd"
"L-leave me alone" Spirit mumbles
"aww whatchu gon do ?" chloe laughs again grabbing spirit by the hoodie
a light switch goes off in young Spirit's mind
Little did she know that this switch couldn't be switched back... She was gonna be cold forever
"I SAID LET GO OF ME" Spirit yells decking her in the jaw making her stumble back
"OH DAMNN"
kids started running up surrounding them with cameras out
Chloe throws a punch back but spirit dodges it and grabs her backpack throwing her down
Chloe starts scratching and kicking making spirit grab her by the hair
"stop 🤜🏽 putting 🤜🏽 your 🤜🏽 hands 🤜🏽 on 🤜🏽 me" she says punching her after every word
"STOPPPP IM SORRY" chloe yells kicking
Security rushes in and grabs spirit off chloe
"you're going to the office , now ."
"I don't care" spirit chuckles coldly
This was just the beginning of a new her everyone was gonna struggle to get used to ...
