In Earthland
It's been a week since Lissana disappeared from Earthland to another dimension. After finding out, that Lissana still being alive. Everyone started to move on and patiently waiting for the day when she came back home. Everyone started to do the quest and their normal routine.
Even Elfman started to do the quest by saying "He has to become strong like a MAN!!"
The only person who still didn't take any quest after Lissana's disappearance is the Mirajane Strauss. It's not because she still blaming herself but Natsu giving her hard training due to her request. She wanted to become strong enough. If this kind of situation ever occurred again then she won't lose any of her family members.
In the entire Previous week, She lived at Natsu's home. She requested Natsu to train her and Natsu easily agreed with that Idea.
Natsu even decided to tell her about Mei.
FLASHBACK
Natsu and Mira having dinner.
Natsu: Mira, I wanted to tell you something.
Mira: Yeah, What is it, Natsu?
Natsu: Well, You know when I went to my previous world. I met a lady named Mei Terumi. After fighting alongside me for two months. She kind of fell for me. When I am coming back, She proposed to me and told me that even if she had to become my mistress or just girlfriend instead of being my wife for her entire life. She is okay with it as long as she is in my life. At that time I don't want to make any decisions without concerning You. So, I told her that Wait for me to talk with you.
Mira listened to his story giving her full attention and fell into thought for a While.
Seeing that Mira was in thought, Natsu said.
Natsu: You don't have to agree Mira. You are alone and will always be enough for me.
Mira smiled at him and replied.
Mira: No, It's not that Natsu but I also met two girls who Confessed their feelings for you in front of me and even told me the same thing about they don't have any problems just being your Mistresses.
Hearing that Natsu was shocked.
Natsu: What!!! Who are They?
Mira giggles at his reaction.
Mira: It was Erza and Cana.
Natsu is shocked to hear that. He never thought that Erza and Cana would fall for him.
After talking with each other for a while about the pros and cons of polygamy and finally decided to give it a try.

After that talk, Mira and Natsu talked with Erza and Cana. Both of them are happy with their decision and accept it. So Both Erza and Cana joined Natsu and Mira's Team. Even Erza and Cana also started to live with Natsu. So Natsu had to make his house bigger.
