In Kirigakure

Natsu and Yagura standing face to face. Yagura is in his tail beast form and about release Three-Tails in his full form. Cause Yagura having a hard time dealing with Natsu as He thought.

Natsu: It's Over, Yagura. Surrender.

Natsu said in the hope he can finish this battle without many casualties.

Yagura: Never.

Yagura charged at him. Natsu sighed and also prepared for the Fight.

FLASHBACK

Mei gathered everyone to explain her plan for their last and final attack. This attack will determine the result of future of Kirigakure. Natsu is also present over there. Mei looked at Natsu. Mei and other Rebel Army are always grateful to Natsu for his help. Currently, The war is slightly in their favour. If not for Natsu they might lose this war way before this. They might not even reach here where they are preparing for the final attack. If Natsu says that He wanted to become Mizukage after this War is over then No one will object to this and let him become Mizukage, Even Mei herself. They are even happy to let him become Mizukage. Cause that way he won't leave them. But It's looks like he is only here to help. He didn't even ask for anything reward or payment for his service. This is also why, Mei and the Rebel army respect him this much.

Mei started to explain her plan for the final attack. In Natsu Opinion, It's a great strategy for attack.

Mei: Anyone wanted to say something more about this plan?

No one said anything but Mei Looked at Natsu. She saw that Natsu is thinking something.

Mei: Natsu, Anything to say?

Natsu: Your plan is good Mei, But I have Two suggestions.

Mei: Okay, What?

Natsu: First, Let me Fight Yagura alone. I am Jinchuriki of Nine Tails Fox. This gives me a good advantage. You can focus on other shinobi this way we will have less casualties.

Mei thought for a while.

Mei: Are you sure, You can handle Yagura alone?

Natsu: I am sure.

Mei: Okay, You will face Yagura alone. Please be careful. And what is the second suggestion?

Natsu: As for the second suggestion, I think we should release Spy Shinobi from other villages without letting them know that we are releasing them.

Mei and Other Confused about these Suggestions. Natsu saw their confusion.

Natsu: I know, You are confused. But let me explain. We are about to fight the last battle. This will determine the outcome of this war and I am 95% sure that we will win this war. It will be good If We can see our strength in other villages. They think twice to attack Kirigakure again. After this Civil War Kirigakure's force was surely damaged. Kirigakure might not be able to afford another war with some greedy Village who wanted to take advantage of Kirigakure's Weakened situation.

Mei realises that This will be a good idea.

Mei: Okay, We will follow this strategy. Now Everyone prepare to move.

Everyone nodded and was about to get moved. But Natsu stopped them.
