Chapter 3

Buddy pov

Once Miles teleported us in the school, Dr. Minyak was already holding someone hostage. It was a girl, she looked scared as the gun was pointed at her.
"Glad you could join us danger force. Captain man lovely seeing you." Minyak said looking at Captain man.
"What do you want Minyak. Why do you even try knowing that i always beat you. Let the girl go." Captainman said.
"This is only the beginning. Attack." His goons suddenly attacked us. "See you later suckers." Minyak said as he flew up taking the girl with him. The girl screamed.
"I'll go after her help the others." I said to Mika and Bose and followed Minyak. We were higher far away from school.
"Let her go Minyak." I tried getting closer.
"Come closer and i will drop her. This was only a distraction but I'll be back." Minyak then let go and flew away. The girl screamed in terror but i reached for her and held her. She hugged me and put her hands around my neck. I held her waist. She was shaking. I could tell she was scared. I held her even tighter. "Please don't let go." She said and held tighter. I don't know why but i felt like i didn't want to let go of her.
I landed us safely to the ground. She didn't notice we were on the ground because she didn't let go. "It's ok you're safe now." I assured her. She loosened her grip and let go but not completely because her hands were now on my chest. We were now looking at each other. I starred at her beautiful brown eyes. I felt like i needed her to stay with me and not let go. I felt like i had the world in my arms.
Suddenly Miles showed up causing both of us to let go. "Captain man needs us. Minyak is gone." He said the teleported. Before i could fly away i heard her sweet voice again. "Thank you for saving me."

"You're welcome. Be safe and take care." I said and flew back to the mans nest.

"How can i let him escape. Danm it." Ray said angrily.
"It's not your fault Ray. We are going to find Minyak." Mika reassured him but Ray just stormed off.
"How did Minyak manage to escape. I mean he probably didn't do it alone." Mika said.
"He must have had help. That's the only explanation. When i get my hands on him. I'll fry he's freaking brain." Chapa said. Man she scares me sometimes.

I couldn't forget the girl. I didn't even catch her name. I hope i see her again soon. I remember holding her and her little hands holding me. She smelled like lavendar.
Suddenly Miles snapped me from my thoughts. "Dude you ok. I called you like five times."

"Yeah I'm good just thinking i guess." I said.
"Is it because of the girl you saved. You two looked pretty close to each other." Miles said with a flirty look.

"No i saved her and thats it. Nothing happened. She was just scared and i was comforting her." I stood up and headed to the door.
"Believe what you wanna believe dude. I see it in your eyes."
I walked out and went home. I can't have feelings. I'm a hero and that's what i am. I can't let myself be distracted.

Rain pov

I woke up very tired. Siena was still asleep. I wore a grey pants with a black hoodie and flats. I decided to explore Swellview more. I styled my hair in ponytail. I walked in a park nearby and the weather was amazing.

I bumped into something hard. "Sorry....." I looked at the person who i bumped into. He had blonde hair and blue eyes. "I'm  sorry i was the one who wasn't paying attention." The blonde guy said.

"Hi I'm Mika Macklin. It's nice to meet you." I didn't notice his friends beside him.
"I'm  Bose O'Brien and this is Miles Mika's brother and Chapa." He pointed at the red hair girl. Is everybody in Swellview this cute.

"I'm Buddy Fudgers. Nice to meet you." Man those eyes. "I'm  Rain Hunter."
"Are you new here. I don't think i have seen you here before." Mika asked.

"Yes my friend and i just moved here. I'm just to get to know the place."

"You'll love it here trust me. Bu the park is not the best to start. Come on we girls are going to get to know each other while the boys can be boys. Come on Chapa." Mika dragged both me and Chapa. I looked back at Buddy right before we took a turn.
This gonna be a long day but at least they are friendly.

Buddy pov

I didn't know i would bump into her again. Her name was Rain. Beautiful isn't it. While Mika dragged her and Chapa away, i stayed with the boys.
"Hey Buddy. You keep zoning out men." Bose said snapping me from my thoughts.
"That's because he's in looove." Miles said smiling. I rolled my eyes.
"Oh who's the lucky girl." Bose winked at me awaiting for my answer.
"Rain. The girl she saved yesterday. It was love at first save."
"Why don't you just talk to her men. Get to know her then see where it goes."

"Don't let a girl like that go." Bose added.
"We'll  see. Now enough about girls. Have you two seen Ray since yesterday." I asked changing the subject.
"Schwouz said he locked himself up training and punching everything he sees."
"He'll  come around. We just need to give him time."
We talked for a while before heading to the mans nest.

"Hey guys. I'm so glad you're here you have to see this." Schwouz said as he turned on the television.

"Breaking news. Three criminals have escaped from prison. Drex, the time jacker and the toddler. The police are doing there best to find them and doctor Minyak is still at large. We will get back to you with more."

"You have got to be kidding me. How can the most dangerous villians escape. Thats not possible."

"If those four are out then we have a huge problem in our hands. The toddler is an evil baby, the time jacker is evil to and altar the time, Minyak is a genius villian with dangerous gadgets and Drex is a freaking monster who is indestructible."

This is bad real bad. Just when everything was going well in my life. Well not yet but it was supposed to.
