"Excited for the wedding" sadiya asked ishika while we were checking out the menu to order, it was Friday night and we were in a Italian restaurant Palak suggested, the restaurant was empty and it was only us, it was cozy and I like it

"I don't feel anything" ishika said smiling casually "I feel nothing new" she said placing her hand on table and tapping with her fingers

"Very funny" I said rolling my eyes, roasting each other was common, after ordering we were waiting for our food

"How was the meeting with my brother" ishika asked palak who was on her phone, after hearing ishika she choked on her water she was drinking, sadiya patted her back to reduce her cough, while I was looking at her suspiciously

"Are you okay now" ishika asked patting her shoulder, it was a simple question what was so shocking that she choked

"Ya i-i am fine, how did you know about the meeting" palak asked and this time I choked because clearly she said not to say anyone but me being me I already told the news to Ishika and sadiya, palak glared at me for a good few minutes, I just passed her my sweet smile

"Not good but not bad, he is very picky yar didn't even like one design I showed" palak said complaining

"Can't help office avyansh is different from home avyansh" ishika said when I remember something

"And why didn't you tell us that you knew our boss before, when we were discussing about him" I asked staring at her deadly

"I-" she got speechless she didn't had any response to defend herself

"And sadiya why are you so pissed off" Ishika said grabbing our attention towards her, sadiya got frustrated at whatever Ishika mentioned

"I met him again" sadiya said with frustrated expression, we just stared at her blankly

"Care to tell the name of this specific 'him' you are talking about" palak asked with a mocking smile, sadiya grip got tight on the glass

"That Ayaan who else, meri jindagi Mai tufaan banke ghoom Raha hai" sadiya said and there was a minute silence, the silence was too loud, i could hear my own heartbeat

"You met Ayaan zaidi again but where and how are you so lucky" palak asked with shock, I was not less shock, Ishika was calm like her usual self while having her noodles

"I met him in hospital he came for checkup w-" sadiya said

"He is pregnant" I asked dumbly and sadiya facepalm getting more frustrated
