Chapter 9

John Luke's Pov 

I felt a little bad sitting here with Sarah in my arms, knowing that Reed and I are the ones that made this happen. We simply went to management and proposed the idea and they loved it. I have loved her for years now, but Cole just had to come along and ruin my chances. Thankfully Reed was on my side, saying that I had met her first, therefore I should get her. I made sure she was asleep before pulling out my phone to text Reed.

JL: How is Cole? Sarah seems happy and doesn't seem to mind what is going on.

R: He is fine. He is pissed off all the time, but besides that, I think he is okay.

JL: Good, no one can know it was us.

R: Agreed

I turned my phone off and rolled over toward Sarah. I wrapped my arms around her waist and snuggled with her. As long as no one knew that it was all Reed and I making this happen, we are all fine. Yet, a voice in the back of my head tells me I will never be satisfied.

Sarah's Pov

I rolled out of bed pretty early and jumped into the shower. Today Sarah Ware is going with Sadie and me to a photoshoot. She is also meeting Sadie for the first time and I could not be any more excited! Sarah Ware and I are very similar and Sadie is very similar to us. I pulled on my bathrobe before starting on my hair and makeup. I did very little makeup, knowing the makeup people would take it off and change it anyway. I then simply blew dry my hair before walking into my closet. I grabbed some grey and white joggers that were tight around the ankles and a simple black t-shirt with a pocket on the chest. I grabbed my Adidas shoes, phone, keys and purse before heading downstairs. Sarah Ware was waiting for me, eating a bagel. "I still can't get over the fact that you're here!" I squealed, grabbing some fruit and a water. She just chuckled "I am beyond excited to be here." She smiled, showing off her perfect teeth. "Let's go!" I smiled, walking toward the garage. She jumped in the passenger seat and we headed toward the studio. 

Sarah Ware's Pov

While Sarah and Sadie were doing their thing, I sat on the sidelines and watched. I was told not to tell Sarah why I was here and that no one but her parents needed to know. She also didn't know that there was a 90% chance I would be living with her for the rest of my life. But of course, it was like me to get wrapped up with the wrong people and have to leave. My parents say it is for my protection, but I know that they just don't want people finding out what I did and disgracing my family name. So, they packed me up and shipped me off to Louisiana pretending it is just a visit for now. My older brothers, Hunter and Brandon, are currently at home with my parents. They know exactly what I did and why I am here. But, they don't know that they are probably coming to live here as well. The people who I became messed up in, plan on killing my parents. There is absolutely nothing I can do about it either. So now I am just waiting to get the call saying they're dead. I make sure and speak with them every day and I tell them how much I love them. They don't even know they're going to die soon. It hurts me to know that all of this is my fault. Yet there is also a part of me that is relieved that once they kill my parents, they will be done with me. 

Sadie's Pov

After the shoot, my parents called to tell us that we had dinner at Mrs. K's tonight. "You are finally getting the chance to meet my family! Oh, and be introduced on Duck Dynasty!" I cheered and Sarah Ware making her laugh. We all decided to head back to Sarah Ashley's house and get ready. We all seemed to have the exact same style and I loved it. Sarah Ashley chose a cute high waisted navy jumper with brown booties and a long necklace. Sarah Ware chose a pair of high waisted skinny jeans and an arm green shift top and brown sandals. While I went for a red flowy dress with sleeves and some black booties. We all smiled at one another and laughed. "Who is ready to have the night of their lives?" Sarah Ashley asked, grabbing her bag. Sarah Ware and I raised our hands We all ran down to the cars. "I will meet you two there!" I yelled, jumping into my white BMW. 

Cole's Pov

I rolled my eyes when I pulled up to K's house and saw Sarah's car parked outside. Great just who I wanted to see. Reed told me he went to see her and she was perfectly fine with everything. I knew she was way too calm when we were told we had to break up. Thankfully, I was allowed to leave Cally behind tonight. She was driving me up a wall. She doesn't understand what no means. Tomorrow I am going to talk to management on ending Cally and me for good. I walked into the house and came face to face with Phil looking like he was about to spit whatever was in his mouth out. I quickly ducked as Phil spit what looked like tea out all over John Luke. I smirked, I didn't know he was behind me but this was the greatest start to the night. "HOW DO YOU MESS UP TEA?!" Phil screamed, snapping me out of my thoughts. I raised my eyebrows at John Luke as I threw him a towel. "I don't know man." He chuckled, drying himself off. I looked around and noticed a girl with long dirty blonde hair standing next to Mrs. K helping her cook. "Who is that?" I whispered to John Luke. Okay so maybe I wasn't that angry with him, mostly just Sarah Ashley. "That is Sarah Ware, Sarah Ashley's best friend. I think she is staying with Sarah for a while." He whispered back, shrugging his shoulders. I nodded my head and pursed my lips. She was pretty, but not my type. The rest of the night went by pretty fast, I stayed away from the devil herself for the entire night and it seems like Reed and Sarah Ware seemed to hit it off pretty well. I am sat around the fire just watching John Luke and Sarah cuddle. "How is ya feeling, cuz?" Sadie asked, taking a seat next to me. I shrugged my shoulders "Honestly, pretty shitty." I chuckled, Sadie laughed laying her head on my shoulder. Sarah W and Reed started cuddling as well making me sigh. "You know, it must be nice having someone that you like, like you back." I shook my head. "You miss her don't you?" Sadie asked, looking up at me. I nodded my head "As much as I hate to say it. I miss her like crazy." I bit my lip, looking at her and John Luke. "Well, no matter how much she will deny it, she misses you like crazy as well."
