-Well?
-Everything is as I said, Kaptur is dead.
-I see... don't tell anyone about it.
-As if I had a choice.
Hyuga, still feeling lousy, rested at home. However, almost no one expected his amendment. Recently, the inhabitants of Daimei began to forget about religion and their creator - Dantes. Devoting all their time to training and education, ungrateful mortals forgot about the most important thing - gratitude to the creator. Seven years ago, Hyuga was a simple monk until he saw the creator in a dream. After this, he immediately descended from the mountain and came to Daimei, which was then rotting. Having given the residents hope and faith, he was able to revive the city and raise it from its knees; Daimei is still in his debt. However, recently, city residents have begun to move away from Dantes and religion in general, calling it a "waste of time." Like, what's the point of kneeling and asking for a successful future when you can build this future? Only Dantes and a couple of his servants remained loyal to Dantes, which is why there were fewer Yomas in the western part of the city every day. Obviously, this was good for the economy and the general state of affairs in Daimei, since much more Yom stopped wasting time and began to work for the benefit of the city.
However, now that Kaptur is dead and the eastern part of the city is left without a ruler, the city's reputation has been shaken. In some way unknown to the Daimei, most of the city found out about Kaptur's death and decided to go to war against the "unusual Yoma" to avenge their ruler. Trying to suppress the rebellion, Daimei herself did not notice how the civil war began. The city was divided into two parts, the first wanted revenge and karmic shedding, while others considered it right to forget about Kaptur and put all their efforts into finding a new ruler for the eastern part of Daimei. Daimei herself, by the way, was in favor of the second idea, "unusual Yoma", obviously a problem, but if you only think about revenge, you can go crazy.
"Don't you see how low you have fallen?" Returning from the next negotiations, Daimei found a young fortuneteller in her room.
"What are you talking about?" Daimei was surprised.
"Your power in the city is fading, they no longer listen to you." The short girl giggled.
"You're exaggerating." The woman waved it off and calmly went to the balcony.
"But no," the little girl grinned. "I had a vision."
Daimei stopped abruptly and turned her head.
-And... What did you see?
The little girl suddenly laughed hysterically.
"Don't play with me, Nana." Daimei warned menacingly and went out onto the balcony.
"Hyuuga will die." Daimei didn't hear Nana come out to her.
"What?!" Daimei exclaimed. "We need to warn him!"
The woman ran back into the room and ran down the stairs.
"You still don't understand how my visions work?" Nana grinned.
"I have no time for games!" Daimei clasped her hands.
"I see the end result, Daimei." Nana suddenly calmed down. "And that means the result of your attempts to prevent the inevitable."
"What do you want to say?" Daimei didn't understand.
"You can't change the future, accept it." The little girl shrugged and ran away.
"I'm not going to put up." Daimei whispered, looking after the girl.
Hyuuga woke up in the middle of the night from a slight nudge in his side. Opening his eyes slightly, he saw a little girl in front of him.
