Hart has fallen. The village was left without defenders, the Archangel, who the fallen angel called himself, was completely absorbed by Iona. Together with karma, she took away his knowledge and skills, techniques, and even the enhanced form itself.
"Wait, where's Hart?" Sitting in "full concentration," Daku looked around the village.
"I saw it recently, no?" Ray was surprised, distracted from developing a plan.
"Really..." Daku swallowed.
"It's time." Lee interrupted.
"Let's go." Patting the girl on the shoulder, Ray sighed.
Entering the dilapidated gate, Saishin said:
- We act according to plan, no quirks.
"Of course." Ray bowed and disappeared into the ruins of the village.
Opening her eyes, Daku looked around and asked:
- Mister Saishin, can I ask you something?
"Speak." Lee nodded, looking around.
"Are you sure you're using that technique?" Daku asked in fear.
"There is no choice." The old man shook his head.
"But... your half of the crystal may not withstand such a load." She reminded Daku.
"I know what I'm doing." Lee shook his head and left.
Daku looked after him uncertainly, afraid that the plan would not work.
The time has come. Ray looked around and howled at the moon. Daku, hearing the howl, went into full concentration mode and looked around. Having found Saishin, the girl, remembering his location, opened her eyes and froze. Iona stood in front of her. Daku, hearing a click in her head, screamed to see Hart's lifeless body.
"What the hell?" Ray growled and climbed out of the window onto the street.
"Daku?" Turning in surprise at the shout, Saishin whispered.
"The plan won't work without her." Ray sighed and ran towards the scream.
Suddenly, halfway there, he collided with Lee.
-Mister, you...
"I heard." Saishin interrupted. "Let's go, the plan won't work without her."
"Yes." Ray nodded.
Climbing onto the roof of one of the surviving buildings, Ray looked around and took a deep breath.
"I feel it there." He said, pointing his paw somewhere to the side.
As Ray ran across the rooftops of Takasaki, he could not stop smelling the distinct scent of Daku.
"Wait!" Ray suddenly threw his right paw up.
"What is it?" Lee stopped.
-She squealed a few minutes ago, but still hasn't moved. I suspect that she is being taken hostage.
"You're right, she would have found us thanks to her concentration..." Lee thought.
-Most likely, Daku is bait to find us. The girl is not stupid, she's not going to show off her strength, it'll be harder than I thought." Ray sighed.
"What are we going to do?" Saishin asked.
"Let's go from both sides, I'll go around it in a circle and let out a howl, when you hear it, jump out." After thinking a little, Ray said.
"Don't let me down." Lee nodded and disappeared.
"Still, Mister is very fast."
Walking around Iona in a circle, Ray took a deep breath and let out a loud howl.
