After the little fight with Lilly I took my tail down to the beach and sat in the sand.

I ran my hands through the grainy sand and looked at the crimson horizon. The sun was setting and that meant bonfires. We've been coming here since freshman year even though we werent suppose to.

"Ivy" I could hear Carter's voice.

I didnt say anything. He sat down next to me in the sand and put an arm around my shoulders.

"I dont think you and me are wanted in that bunk house anymore" he says.

"Why arent you wanted?" I asked.

"I almost got into a fight with her little boyfriend and then she tried to argue with me so I shut her up" he says.

"What did you say?" I ask.

"I just told her the truth,that you didnt do shit to her and she needs to get her head out of her ass and stop being an ass hole because it isnt cute..." he says.

"I didnt mean to get you in the middle of this" I apologize.

"Nah you didnt..that day in the park the first day I met you...My eyes were on you and that cut...I was looking for one friend..and that was you" he says.

I smile and he squeezes me closer.

"LETS PARTY!!" Ryan Coleman screeches from behind us.

I laugh as Carter gets up and offers me a hand.

"Come on lets get dumb waisted" he says.

"You can...you know I dont drink heavy" I say.

"Yeah I know I just wanted to make sure nothing changed." he says with a smile.

I ran behind Carter as he picked up a volleyball and tossed it my way. I tossed it back and he gave me a concerned look.

"Im not in the mood for Volleyball" I say.

He nods and drops the ball. We walk over to the bonfire that was starting to flood with seniors we know.

Freddy was setting up a blanket when I walked up to him. I waited for him to notice me.

He finally did and gave me a hug.

"Hey gorgeous" he said as he embraced me.

"Hey handsome" I smirked.

"Care to join me?" He asked.

"Id love to" I say preparing to sit next to him.

Before I could sit he pulled me into his lap. We sat there as everybody gathered around.

Lilly came out with Evan and I rolled my eyes.

"If you dont care then why are you worried?" Freddy whispered to me.

I shrugged my shoulders and got up.

Freddy grabbed the blanket and walked with me.

"Whipped" Evan mumbled before we walked away.

"What was that Evan?" Freddy said to his brother.

"I called you whipped" Evan said coldly.

"I could say the same to you" Freddy said.

"Yeah? But im in a relationship she is just playing with your feelings" Evan said getting up.

Freddy dropped the blanket and stepped towards his brother.
