Enid had a bad dream and despite Wednesday not wanting to be bothered she comforts her girlfriend

The sky became darker as night fell

Enid hates this part

When everything was quiet

When her girlfriend was completely asleep and ignoring her

The wolf looked up at the dark ceiling

She slowly began to fall asleep

Enid woke up in a cold sweat

A few tears fell down her cheeks

Her breathing was heavy

"Another dream"

These dreams had been haunting the wolf ever since that day

She couldn't escape them no matter what they came back

Usually she would crawl into her girlfriends dark bed and be fine but Wednesday specifically told her not to go near her

Enid understood that she needed space but nothing helped her as much as her girlfriend

She slowly got up and made her way over to the darker side

The slight smell of cotton candy woke up the goth

She felt soft movements in her bed

"Sinclair what are you doing"

"Wednesday i-" Enid hugged the goth closer

"Enid I told you to stay on your side of the dorm tonight"

"I know I just-" her voice slightly cracked as more tears fell from her eyes

"Are you crying?"

"No I'm fine" she sniffled

"Then if nothings wrong why are you here?"

"I- I had another nightmare"

Wednesday shifted to face her girlfriend

"Another one" her soft spot was showing

Wednesday loved Enid

Even if she had a weird way of showing it

She would do anything for her and this was one of the things

Wednesday was extremely overstimulated due to the crowds at school and Enid not being able to let go of her for two seconds

But she put all of that aside to confront her girl

"Was it like the other ones" the goth held Enid close

"Yeah they never change. He always shows up"

Wednesday softly ran her finger over the scare on Enids face

She hated herself for making Enid fight for her

She wished she could go back and change it all

Maybe then her girlfriend would sleepy easy and not have all these scares

Wednesday kissed her forehead "go to sleep"

"No I'm sorry I'll go back to my bed. You said you didn't want to be-" she started to get up

Wednesday pulled her back down softly "Enid it's ok. Sleep."

The werewolf softly smiled

She then snuggled close to her goth girlfriend

Wednesday began her movements from before which caused her girlfriend to finally drift off to sleep

For the first time in a while she didn't wake up until morning

When the sun beamed through the window and the nightmares disappeared
