Enid has a fear of thunder so Wednesday comforts her

Enid was sat on her bed watching Netflix while Wednesday continued to write her novel

The sky was dark and cloudy but that was usual for Nevermore

Wednesday paused at the sound of thunder

A small unnoticeable smile appeared on her face

Enid had her headphones in so she couldn't hear Wednesday as she called her name

Wednesday got up and walked over to the wolf

She tapped her shoulder

Enid quickly took off her headphones

"Hey babe" Enid smiled "What's up" she beamed

"Let's go onto the balcony"

More thunder could be heard

Enid jumped and looked outside

"It's gonna rain" she then sat on the edge of the bed

"Exactly" Wednesday looked down at her girlfriend

Wednesday took hold of the wolfs hands and lead her towards the giant two toned window

Enid stopped herself in her tracks

"I'll watch from in here" Enid smiled

"No come on" Wednesday pulled her

She pulled her hand away softly "it's ok you can go" She faked a smile

Wednesday rolled her eyes and looked into bright blue ones

Her face softened "Enid what's wrong"

She got closer to her

Enid looked everywhere but the goth

"I'm kinda scared of storms" she whispered

Enid looked down as she played with her shirt

Wednesday took her hand once more

"I'll be there" Wednesday whispered "nothings gonna happen"

Enid let herself be pulled back to the window

They pushed the small opening, open and walked through

The rain had already started

Enid held her hand tighter

Wednesday stood right in the middle of the balcony

She looked up as the rain fell harder

Lighting struck and it lit up the entire night

Wednesday smiled

For a second, Enid thought of nothing else but the girl next to her

Soon, too soon she was brought back to her horrible reality of thunder

She jumped at the sound and hugged Wednesday

"It's ok" Wednesday whispered as she continued to look up

"When can we go inside"

"Never" Wednesday looked at her

She kissed her softly

Another distraction from the storm that fall apart around them

They kissed until they were interrupted by the sound of thunder

Enid jumped again

She hugged her girlfriend tightly as her breathing became heavier

Wednesday hugged her back

"We can go now"

"But you're so happy. I've never seen you smile unless it has to do with pain or murder"

"Yes but I like to see you happy too" Wednesday lead her to the window once more and they quickly got inside

Enid was now breathing in and out heavily

She slightly paced

"I'm sorry" Wednesday whispered

Enid looked over at the darkened girl

"You didn't do anything, it's not you're fault. Besides I'm fine, I just have to pace a little to help me calm down" Enid the sat on her bed

She began to bounce her leg up and down

Wednesday recognized this behavior from her girlfriend

Anxiety attack

Enid was about to have an anxiety attack

Wednesday rushed up to her girlfriend she hugged her tightly

Enid hugged her back

"It's ok, I'm sorry Enid" Wednesday then sat beside her making sure not to let he go

Enid held her tightly as she felt the knot in her stomach get tighter

Wednesday softly kissed her head "I'm
Here, it's ok I'm sorry I made you do this"

Enid hadn't said anything

She couldn't

Soft tears fell from her eyes

Her hands began to lightly shake

The sound of thunder roar through never more

Enid closed her eyes tightly

Wednesday then pulled back slightly as she searched for Enids earbuds

She quickly gave them to her

Wednesday sat across from her girlfriend

She wiped tears from her pink cheeks

She held her hand

Slowly Enid began to feel better

"I'm sorry" Wednesday whispered once more

"It's ok" Enid yelled as she couldn't really hear anything

Wednesday then went under the colorful covers

Enid followed

Wednesday held her close and tight

Enid laid her head down onto Wednesdays chest

Her breathing became normal and she wasn't shaking anymore

Wednesday rubbed her back softly as they both drifted off.
