"Wednesday we could've taken a Uber" Enid looked out the window

The snow fell slowly

Covering the forest around them

"Lurch gets paid for a reason. Besides, my mother insisted" the goth said emotionless

"Well I feel bad it's two weeks until Christmas and he has to work"

"Enid it's ok"

They turned onto a more secluded road

The lighting was much darker

A few more miles up they turned onto a driveway

At the very top was the Sinclair manor

Enids family was outside waiting for them

"Hey guys!" Enid smiled, going in for hugs

"Enid did you have a good trip? How was the drive up?" Her mother worried

"It was good! Everything looks so pretty"

Lurch unpacked the car and began to take things inside

"Wednesday were very happy to have you here for Christmas"

"We have some treats in the dining room"

The family made their way inside

"Hey Wednesday! It's been a long time" one of Enids brothers caught up to the girls

They all gather in the living room

Talking about school,Christmas,presents, and everything else

"Honey why don't you go upstairs and rest for a bit. We gotta be ready for dinner in a few hours"

"If Wednesday gets tired of you we also have a room in the basement" Esther smiled

The couple walked around the house before making it to Enids room

Lurch had already put their stuff away

The goth girl looked out the window

She watched as the snow fell softly

"Wanna go outside" Enid spoke quietly from behind

She hugged her girlfriend,softly kissing her neck

Wednesday turned to face her before connecting their lips
