▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄"TRUST IN THE FORCE" A sentence Zola Orden had painted in her mind. How can you trust in the force? This was a question she was beginning to ask. How can you trust in the force if the force is silent? How can you trust in the force if the one who taught you everything you were supposed to know was now planets away, with no awareness of the new age creeping behind him.
Zola woke to flashes of bright lights in her face. She quickly opened her eyes, then closed them again as it burned her iris. "Finally, I was beginning to think you did some fatal damage." She heard a woman's voice faintly echo. Zola groaned, shifting her head to the side and adjusting her seating position. Something burned her side, and then she remembered. Her eyes snapped open now. An older woman stood several feet in front of her, the room was dark and she was in the middle.
"Zola Orden, Padawan of Luke Skywalker, correct?" The woman had strange hair, with black roots and a grey fade making its way to the top of her head. Zola did not know this woman, and she stayed silent. Zola threw her head back against the chair, gazing up at the ceiling in hopes to awake from a bad dream. She was stuck to the chair, unable to move, unable to think. "Hm." The woman made a slight sound. Zola looked back, noticing two other figures behind the woman in front of her.
The people she had recognized from the scan Huyang took. She noticed one in particular, the girl. The same girl who had taken her to this place. She held her gaze on Zola, like she was a trophy. "Well done, Shin, I did not believe you could do it." The older woman looked back, her hands resting together. "Now, tell me, what do you know about this orb?" Zola looked down. She knew Sabine was the one who knew how to unlock it, but she couldn't risk Sabine's life.
Zola stayed silent, blinking for long periods of time to get rid of the pounding voices in her head. "Hm, difficult. Deal with her." Morgan walked off, the door hissing open and closed. There was a silence for a few moments, just the sounds of eerie space filled her ears. Zola thought that maybe she hadn't left Ossus. Perhaps she should continue to train, and never leave the one place she could actually call home. It was too late now.
Ossus was on the other side of the galaxy, probably captured with the dusk and gentle sounds of nearby animals. Zola did not know where she was, she could be anywhere, but she certainly wasn't at home. Home was where her mind and soul rested, her physical body was traveling the galaxy but her thoughts would never leave her past. "Why am I here?" She spoke up. Shin walked forward, leaning against the metal wall. "You know something we don't." Her voice was calm but the fire behind it burned Zola's skin.
"And what's that?" Zola looked up to her. Shin walked forward, leaning down to Zola's height from the chair. "You know how to read it." Shin looked between each of Zola's eyes, trying to find an answer behind them. Zola looked away from Shin's verdant eyes for a moment, sighing and then looking back. "I know nothing." She argued. Shin tilted her head, a slight grin on her face. "Don't play naive." She got up, "I'll be back for you." Shin smiled at Zola. not breaking eye contact with Zola as she walked out of the room. Zola's glared at her as the door hissed and she was now left alone.
