"WE ARE NOT SO DIFFERENT, ZOLA." Shin looked to the girl who sat on the cold metal bench. Zola looked up to her with a small hatred, how could she tell her that they weren't different? Zola Orden was not a murderer; nor a sinister liar. "You're wrong, I would never choose that path." Zola seethed, her boot lightly clanking the floor as she leaned forward.

"And what exactly is that path?" Shin began to walk down the glowing stairs into the small room; she paced like a ghost who had lost their ticket to the afterlife. "The path of certain death." Zola looked at her as she walked. "Survival forced us to make tough decisions." Shin turned, still several feet in front of the Jedi, but close.

"I have made tough decisions, but I never gave up my humanity; my compassion." Zola's eyes were glossy. She would have never expected to face the trials of the galaxy so young. To witness the kiss of dark. "Neither did I. I just hid it better." Shin commented, shrugging slightly and looking into Zola's eyes.

They stared. The room was silent and the light slightly flickered above. Zola knew what she was thinking; but she was not to be a pawn; a chess piece in the game of gain. "I won't be here forever, you cannot hold me here." Zola broke the silence. Shin fought a small smirk behind the sentence. "Is that a threat?" Shin turned her head to the side.

Zola copied her movement. "A promise." Her expression was set, and serious. "We'll see about that." Shin turned around. "You don't understand, you underestimate the power of the Jedi." Zola stood up. The once silence in the room was now a loud rumble. "And you underestimate me, I'm not the monster you think I am" Shin turned once more to meet Zola standing.

"Actions speak louder than words." The brunette quirked her chin up. "Then you better be sure to watch my actions much closer, you may be surprised." Shin walked out of the cell, watching the door close as Zola shouted and ran to the door. Zola's palm met the door as the others help banging on the metal. "Let me out!" Zola's muffled voice echoed to Shin's ears. They looked at each other through the glass; and for a moment, Shin swore she saw herself in Zola's iris.

The same girl who tried to give the light a chance, but only to be taken over by the whispers of the moon. Shin walked away, alongside guards who followed her footsteps. Zola continued to scream. She deeply missed the moments she took advantage of days before. She missed the mornings when she would be forced to wake up in order to train.

A girl who groaned as the sun sang her name and casted light upon her face. The girl who would get annoyed at her mentor. Little did she know that she would miss those days. Oh and Zola hated herself for leaving so soon. She paced back in forth in the cell; the yellow lights made her head pound and her heart quicken. To be Zola Orden, is to be a heart that forever longs for a home she cannot visit.
