I was running through the trees around me. Branches, twigs, and leaves were slapping against my bare arms and legs scraping and cutting them while my feet take a beating from the ground as I push my way through the forest. I can taste the fear on my tongue as I continue running from something.

Fear.

An emotion I hate to feel yet I am trapped by it now.Tears weld in my eyes as I hear the beast getting closer. I try to push myself harder and faster but the beast is catching up. I turn to look at the beast as I yet out a scream then--

"Clarabelle! Wake up! Please wake up! It's only a dream." I awake to Mia shaking me trying to bring me back from the dream realm I was lost in. "Wake up!" She shakes me with more force. I open my eyes to see the fear in Mia's eyes.

I pull myself up into a sitting position as Mia moves back slightly. "It must have been bad for you to have some fear in your eyes." I tell her.

Mia tears up a little. "I was a little scared I wouldn't get you back there for a second."

I groan. "She apparently had a tight hold on me." I bury my face in my hands as I slouch my body forward letting the weight I have on my shoulders show.

"How bad was it?"

I sigh loudly. "Bad. She is not giving up on trying to get me back. It seems that if she can not have my body she will try to take my mind when I am defenseless and torture me into coming to her." I slam my body back onto the bed with my eyes closed. However, I can practically feel the tension roll off of Mia.

"Should we tell Anderson?" She mumbles.

"No. I don't want to drag them into problems that they do not belong in. You shouldn't even be involved however we are bonded so I can't really help that." I grumble at her. I wish I could keep Mia out of my troubles but as clueless as she may seem at times she is not dumb. I couldn't hide these feelings from her even if I really wanted too.

Mia sighs loudly before laying next to me on the bed. I open my eyes and turn towards her. "We will figure this out. She can't keep a hold on me forever. She has to move on at some point, but when that is I have no idea." I grab her hand and give it a reassuring squeeze. Mia returns the gesture.

Mia turns forward to look at the ceiling and I follow her example. "Well since it is 4 o'clock in the morning and there is no way in hell we are going back to sleep now, do you want to go train?"

I turn to look at her. "You do know who you are talking to right?" Mia starts chuckling lightly. "I mean you are talking to the girl that would live on the train field if allowed to." We both start laughing so hard we have to grab our stomachs because we both know how true my statement it. We both get up to change to train. Within minutes we are in the indoor gym in the basement of the pack house.

We stretch, lift weighs, run, and now we are sparring. However, sparring for us is basically challenging each other into a blocking war. We know each others fighting styles so well that we most of the time neither of us can really beat the other, most of the time. Those few times that one of us wins, it is always me. I am the better fighter out of the two of us but that makes sense as to why.

We were blocking each other's fists when we hear movement upstairs that is slowly making it's way downstairs. Mia and I both notice but don't slow our movements and energy levels but focus more so on the intruder. They smell familiar yet they don't. A nice mix of freshly fallen Autumn leaves and ceder wood. A manlier scent which narrows the list of people by half.

As it gets closer both of our adrenaline levels increase along with our anxiety. It feels like this is person is the one that is at the center of the bad feeling Mia and I have been having. As the person makes it down to the bottom of the stairs we share a look. From where we are we can't see them clearly but rather out of the corner of our eyes. However, they make themselves known.
