Heart wants what it wants

It was just my second day in MSH (Maplewood senior highschool) when I first saw him standing beside our principal mrs Singh with his friends in our assembly hall .I still remember it was five minutes into French class when all our attention was captured by the husky voice of our principle asking all the students to assemble . I remember that day like it was yesterday because that is the day when I met two of my bestfriends and him.

" Good morning students, It gives me immense pleasure to introduce these international students who have been transferred to our school from Hawang international school of arts Korea, lets all welcome them whole heartedly to Maplewood senior high "as soon these words came out of principals mouth all the students started clapping , cheering and yelling welcome riize ! Go riize!

It left me so baffled and my confusion was so evidently seen on my face that the girl sitting beside me started laughing and said " oh dear lord you look like kid who was not in on a group secret , dont worry I will help you "and that's how I met my soulmate Sofia Chew

 Sof is an angel incarnated as human, from her red wavy hair to calm soothing voice everything shouts angel and the way she rescues me from my problem just proves my point.

" Those boys are trainees from famous kpop agency " She said which didnt clear  my confusion and just made me more confused which resulted in me repeating words with questioning tone, who ? trainee huh??" answers to these questions is how I was introduced to beautiful world of kpop and more importantly to RIIZE.

 after having a full blown conversation about kpop for 15mins and completely ignoring what our principal was saying  I realized we didnt actually introduce ourselves so I extended my hand to introduce myself and before even i say my name she told"i know you , your halsey your in my French class , i am sofia chew if you are wondering " with that we were dismissed and we walked back together. 

when we entered our class we saw a crowd surrounding was my desk . Not knowing what was going on I made myself through the crowd to go to my desk and understood the reason , it was the RIIZE 

I should confess the first time i saw them standing just infront of me i realized what all the hype about them was better than 15 mins sofs explanation . Though all were soo tall and one more handsome than other one boy caught my attention he was standing  far away in corner seeing all the chaos taking place , his hair was long and was neatly gelled back , he stood there in our ch navy blue school uniform tie over his white shirt , with one hand holding his blazer and other leaning against the wall . " RING RING RING " the sound of class bell bought me back to reality and crowd slowly started to settle when I felt a tap on my shoulder which made me turn around to see another member of RIIZE standing behind me " you better be good to Anton kiddo ". for a moment i couldnt make out what i was hearing i just stood there frozen , just then i saw a his face crack into one of the most beautiful smiles I have ever seen "just kidding ! breath" he said and left the classroom as are french teacher Madame Rousseau entered the class.

" Its Seunghan hyung he was just joking you know that right?" a smiling face setting on desk beside me spoke "hey I am Anton " He said ,"and I am Halsey and FYI even I am new to this school , I cant be much of your help  " i said. "Yeah right I am speaking to you only because I thought can guide me , now I have to find someone new" this made me laugh out loud and brought attention of whole class on to me !

As class ended me and Anton made our way out of the class Sof came running to us and thats how our trio was formed !

" Sophia , it might sound creepy but I noticed your lastname is Chew are you related to Vernon subnanim from SEVENTEEN ? Anton asked sof 

"OMG just because I have same lastname you think i will be related all the Chews in this world ?" Sof asked Anton back 

"soo sorry I-I didn-" before Anton could complete Sof continued "Just kidding , dont be sorry ,. Yes you are right I am Vernons sister , You guys are new so I am glad to give you this information first hand than letting it get to you ear through some stupid gossips " 

 again seeing me lost Sof and Anton introduce me to freaking SEVENTEEN! thinking back I am so glad of that day but then my stupid brain had to ask this question 

"hey Anton is that guy with gelled back long hair with you guys "?

"ohh i know about whom you are asking ... that is Wonbin hyung ... he is handsome right?" as soon as Anton completes that sentence , i could feel blood rushing into my face and my cheeks becoming pink.

Looking back I still cant believe I had fallen to that devils pretty face! speaking of devil with pretty face here he is today a year later getting badge of  president of student council from our principle which would have been me there if only he hadnt used his popularity just to get me down .

Nothing hurts more than seeing your arch enemy getting tittle you have worked hard for a year!
