Time skip to Quali day in Zandvoort...

Stefania's POV

It was a sunny Saturday here in the Netherlands and today was qualifying day. Max and Lando both did really well in Friday's FP1 and FP2 sessions. Max topped both the sessions in an incredibly fast RB19 and Lando came in the top 5 in both sessions as McLaren showed some good pace for the MCL60. Sure I was excited this week to be attending a race and probably many more in the future, however today was the day I finally saw my best friend Luna again and I couldn't wait.

"Come on Maxie, lets go the track quickly."I shouted at him in excitement.

"Calm down Nia, we'll leave soon just be patient for a few more minutes."He replied back chuckling at my happiness.

"Looks like she's looking forward to the race more than you Max."Kelly spoke.

"It's probably because she will meet her friend Luna again."He replied back.

"Well yes but I'm also interested in the race you know, the atmosphere is amazing and you were brilliant on the track too. There is no reason why I shouldn't be excited."I replied back as the both of them just laughed.

Soon all of us were arriving at the track, we scanned our paddock passes and entered. I saw that Lando was walking up ahead with another guy.

"Hey Maxie, I'll meet you at the RedBull garage, I'm going to talk to Lando."I informed him.

"Sure sis, enjoy yourself and be here soon we have to surprise your friend you know and don't forget to bring Lando with you when you're coming."He replied before walking away as I ran up to Lando.

"Good morning Lando, how are you?"I asked.

"Oh Stefania, nice to see you are you ready for the surprise today?"He asked me while smiling.

"Oh I sure am, can't wait to see Luna again."I replied back as the other guy stood there awkwardly.

"Umm, Lando who is this?"The guy asked.

"Oh I'm so sorry, Oscar this is Stefania a good friend of mine. Nia this is Oscar my teammate at McLaren."He replied introducing the both of us.

"Oh nice to meet you Oscar, sorry I didn't recognise you I'm still fairly new to the formula 1 world."I replied honestly.

"Oh no worries, this is my rookie year too pleasure to meet you."He replied back while smiling.

"Are you Australian by any chance?"I asked.

"Yeah, noticed the accent did you."He replied back.

"Yeah I did, by the way Lando we have to go to the RedBull garage soon."I replied back.

"Oh yeah, Oscar can you tell Zak I'll be there at the garage in a few minutes."Lando replied.

"Yeah I'll tell him no worries, see you guys later."He replied as we waved goodbye to him.

"Oscar seems nice."I spoke as we walked to the garage.

"Oh yeah, he's shy but he's super cool to be around and he's a great driver, I'm happy to have him as my teammate."Lando replied complimenting him.

We arrived at the Redbull garage soon after, where Max was waiting for us outside in the pit lane.

"Right Nia, my PR manager needs a photo of Luna so she can find her and give her the VIP pass."Max asked.

"Yeah sure, I have one right here"I replied taking my phone out and showing the photo to Max's PR manager as she walked away towards the grandstands.

"Alright Nia, you're going to hide in my drivers room while Luna meets Lando and I and gets a tour of the garage."Max replied back as I nodded my head and made my way over to his room.
