"Come here, turn around." Dominic pulled me by my waist. I got crashed into his hard chest and he buried his face in my neck. His soft lips touched my skin and he started prepping kisses down my shoulder.

"That tickles," I said while laughing.

He circled his arms over my waist again and this time successfully turned me around. Our faces were close and Dominic lifted his hand, tucking a piece of my braided hair behind my ear.

His fingers traveled from my neck to my shoulder, then to my arm and hips. He took hold of my leg and threw it over his body.

"What is it baby?" He whispered.

"Nothing," I said with a smile and nuzzled my face in his chest.

"Why are you being shy all of a sudden? You weren't like this a few minutes ago when you were screaming my name." He spoke close to my ear and I felt a shiver run down my spine.

I let out a throaty laugh and placed my palm over his lips. "Stopp! You have a shameless mouth. You know that?" He chuckled and removed my palm before placing a kiss on my forehead.

"I know."

"I really enjoyed today. Thank you for everything." Today was our one year anniversary. Dominic took me on a trip with a yacht. The whole day was spent just enjoying each other's company and being lazy. Just like I wanted it to be. I bought him a watch because Dominic loved collecting them as much as he loved collecting cars.

He then gifted me a customized chess set. I have been playing chess since I was really young. My Papa's father taught me while he was still alive. Every time he would visit, we would play and have our small competitions.

Even though he and Grandma were against my parent's marriage, they made peace with his decision with time. I knew that they secretly loved Mama.

They always showered me with affection and made me feel loved, unlike the other family members.

So the new chess set was the best gift Dominic had given me. I loved it.

Now it was the end of the day and we were lying in bed. Our naked bodies tangled with each other. When I got married to Dominic I never expected that he was going to be like this. And I didn't know that I was going to fall in love with him this fast.

He has been the best thing that happened to me in a very long time. The love and attention he has given me made me the happiest person ever.

He was spending all of his free time with me and lived up to his words. He really does everything I ask. And most of the time I don't even have to say it, he just knows what I want.

When his hand brushed my stomach, my heart fluttered.

For the past two weeks, I have been feeling very weird and sick. I have been throwing up and some of the food I love, makes me gag. I thought it was just food poisoning or something but when I noticed that my period was late and then the realization hit me in the chest.

I might be pregnant.

I still haven't done a pregnancy test and I was planning on doing one tomorrow. I haven't told anything to Dominic because I didn't want him to get false hopes. He had voiced so many times how much he wanted to have a big family.
