The Rise of the Outcasts is a story about three Pokemon saving the four kingdoms- Fire, Ice, Forest, and Dark- from the great evil rulers in the Ice and Dark kingdom.
But are they really the only danger that lurks on Poke Island? Did Corviknight ever really kill Queen Umber, a level 95 Umbreon? Will Cinder be the one to save the Ice kingdom from Queen Ninetales, or will it be another Pokemon who heavily resents the queen? And will Casper be the first future teller to be a non-psychic type, or will he evolve into Espeon and move away to star island to be closer to the Stars?
